School AU. Really short because I'm busy, but I still promised to have a few V-day special. Happy Valentine's Day to you all! Don't feel lonely, you are loved and cherished. 

She was still the new girl in school and being the new girl, she wanted to make friends. 

In her previous school, Kori made chocolate covered strawberries for her close friends and teachers for Valentine's Day. During her English class she stumbled upon the photo she took last year and thought out loud. 

He was sitting in front of her and turned around to ask, "You think you can make me one of those?" 

Kori felt her neck go red and thanked X'hal her hoodie covered her neck. 

She did her best to smile and nodded her head. 

That was months ago in the fall, and here they were on Valentine's Day. 

She was cursing herself under her breath feeling sad that the chocolate was slightly melting. 

Getting a grip on her nerves, Kori stood and held the chocolate strawberry on a stick with the heart-shaped note attached. She made her way towards him and saw he was talking with someone. 

"Here you, Richard," He averted his blue eyes to her and smiled the most charming smile she had ever seen. 

"Oh wow!" He said happily and surprised. "Thank you!" 

She felt herself getting delirious and smiled back at him before turning away and returning to her seat. 

Best part of the day yet.
