The light is great and important with our recovery and treatment for those recovering with mental illnesses like depression, anxiety and any others that have lacked a healthy amount of sunlight aka vitamin D.

It's not as easy to those who haven't experienced any kind of mental illness. Go out and play a game, sport or go for a walk. It's not that easy nor simple. We are and will continue to live the that demon inside our brain for the rest of our lives.

Whether it only happens once or occurs many episodes in our lifetime, no one should speak with pity or any kind of shameful emotion or expression that makes us feel so crappy, ugly, like a failed experiment or a failure as well as any others on the list.
