Chillin' around the house, maybe in your underwear or your pjs. That's acceptable as long as you aren't scheduled to work. It's time to enjoy our peace and quiet. Mediate, take a nap, use some aromatherapy (essential oils), watch a movie, listen to some calming or upbeat, positive music.

Do whatever feels good and what makes you happy! So many of us can be seen to not make enough decisions that equal in our own happiness. So many of us aren't doing enough to protect our happiness and it's time we start making some changes.
