Self Love, Not Self Hate

Its important that we are able to not only identify when we are in the "self hate" mode but also able to work on changing that from self hate to self love.

And yeah it may be human nature to dwell and fixate on things in the past, but when you find yourself doing that repeatedly, it becomes a habit and that is not part of human nature.

So it's important that we work on that and yes it will take a lot of time as well as commitment, patience, motivation, strength, courage and more to succeed.

Some or many had to work on this goal on their own regardless of those who were working together particularly through social media in the virtual world. And it's not easy but there is succeed but don't expect anyone to give you grace or praise for that, with the stigma around mental illness.
