A New Family Part 3

Fan's POV: I woke up at about 1 in the morning. I tried to go back to bed but, I just couldn't. I decided to take a run in the woods. I was in wolf form, running a certain direction based on instinct,when I got lost in my thoughts. *Flashback* After, Lilly's mom's funeral, we all went back to the house, except for Lilly and I. I sat next to her, where she was praying and crying. It was getting late and cold so I wrapped her jacket around her. "Let's go in." "NO!" She sobbed. "Just a little longer please!" "Okay." I hugged her and tried to calm her down. Then she got up and held a hand out to me. I smiled at her and never got the chance to accept her hand. Something pounced on me as soon as she stuck her hand out. I tried to push it off but, I couldn't. It growled and leaned it's face toward me. The razor sharp teeth trying to gnaw on my skin. I held it's mouth open trying to protect myself. It struggled against my grip and stopped fighting. It got up and jumped towards Lilly. She charged before I even could sit up. She barked something like "I don't have time for this!" and attacked the dog. It whispered and pushed her with so much pressure she went flying and hit a tree. I became a wolf and got in front of the animal. He changed into a human boy. "I-I'm so sorry! I didn't know you were-" I cut him off by shouting "Who are you!?!" and ran towards Lilly. She was conscious but, she couldn't walk. She injured her paw which happens pretty often to us when we run. She turned human and stared at the strange boy. "Hi, I'm Lilly." "Hey. I'm Blaze." "Hello, I'm Fan." We introduced ourselves and helped Lilly stand up. "You think you can walk?" I asked her. She nodded and tried to walk, then she fell. We caught her and I said I'd call the others to help. Lilly said she and Blaze could stay there while I got help. Jamie and Nina helped take care of her and everything was fine. *Flashback ends* I still remember that day and how it effects us today. I ran back to the house feeling exhausted and went to sleep.

Anna's POV: I woke up, and sat at the breakfast table with Jamie, Fan, Lara, Nina,Fruit, Lilly, and Blaze, (who sat next to each other) & this other kid. "Hey,Bob. Pass the syrup." "Um. Actually, it's Ben." "Yeah,whatever." He gave me the syrup for my waffle and I ate silently. After breakfast, I checked to see who was outside. It was just Lara and Ben. I got an idea and made a cup of coffee. Then, I went outside and hid behind them. Next, I gave Ben the coffee and bumped his shoulder when, he held it up to his face. It looked like he dumped it on Lara. She ran off her make up smeared, and her face wet with tears. I smiled to myself and watched Ben come running after her. I stopped him at the stairs. "She doesn't want to see you or talk to you ever again!" I told him and forced a frown upon my face. He ran upstairs and slammed his door.  I made a mental note...

Lilly's POV: I smiled when Blaze sat next to me, at breakfast. He smiled back and I grabbed his hand under the table. I realized I had a crush, and I was falling in love with Blaze. <3
