The Way of The Pack

It starts and ends here Part 1

Lilly's POV: Throughout the week Jamie and Anna had been arguing a lot which is totally unlike Jam at all. I wonder what's going on but it's probably stress or something. Today was the biggest fight of all. -Flashback- Jamie and I were decorating the house for spring when I went to get tape to hang the streamers, Anna was holding the latter Jamie stood on made it wobbly. I ran to them but it was too late, Jam had fallen. She wasn't hurt but, she was pissed off and slapped Anna. Anna punched her and Jam dodged. I watched them and began feeling helpless there was nothing I could do unless I wanted to leave the pack. I just really hoped Jamie wins. If she didn't......well I don't want to think about that. I really did love my friends like family. It hurt me when something bad happened to them. As much as I didn't want to admit it, I cared for Anna too. At least I did. She wasn't always like this, she used to be sweet and helpful...like Lara but, she slowly pushed us away and she wasn't around much. Whatever, I'm used to people I care about leaving. I don't know who'll stick around long in my life. It doesn't bother me as much as it used to. I mean my own mother was barely in my life because she was too worried about her boyfriend. Love makes people crazy, I guess. Maybe that's why Jam and Anna are arguing they care too much. I'll probably never know but, it should be over soon. Soon Fan interfered and they called it a tie but it was far from over. Which is one of the reasons why Jam, Lara, and I are in Anna's room right now. -Flashback over- We snuck through Anna's room because we wanted to scare her and intimidate her so she'd back down. Lara had a bucket of water, Jam had a bucket of red paint & a brush, and I had make up & a stick. Jamie painted "Back down or else... die" with the paint in a smeared lettering with the paint dripping. I waited for Anna to turn over and hit her in the side with the stick then, I used make up to make a few fake bruises and hit her a few more times then applied to fake blood on her 'bruises' and put a puddle of it on the bed. (It's waterproof) Lara flicked a few drops of water on Anna's face to make her seem sweaty, and dripped it on her body. Jam added some 'blood' on the window sill, dripped some on the bed's head & foot board. To freak her out a little more I put fake blood on my hand and stamped it on the walls and window. Lara opened the window to make it creepier. *************************************

We high fived after walking out of her room. "That went great!" Jam said. "Yeah, it did. And to think we're not even going to get caught." I said with a laugh. "Oh yes you are." said a voice. Uh oh! We got caught red handed! I thought to myself. I slowly panicked.

Anna's POV: I awoke in my room and noticed I was sweating but it was awfully chilly in my room. I turned on my side to turn on the lamp. "Damn my side hurts." I said and looked down. My blood was pouring out and staining the bed. I pulled up my shirt to find four large gashes on my side, and two on my legs. Then, I saw a message on the wall written in blood. "Back down? Never!" I said out loud and tried not to freak noticing my window was wide open and there was blood on it too. I did the only logical thing. I screamed. Fan came rushing in since he was right next door. "What's wrong?" He asked groggily. "Look at this!!" I snapped and gestured to my blood stained room.

"Where am I supposed to sleep!?!" I shouted. "Everyone is sleeping!" He reminded me. "Where am I supposed to sleep?" I asked again in an annoyed tone. "You can stay in my room." He ushered me in and told me. "You can have my bed. I'll take the floor." He sighed, grabbed a blanket & a pillow, then fell asleep. I cleaned my cuts and went to bed.
