John had been very abusive to Angelica these last couple months. She only thought is was a phase. She loved him dearly. He would get home,get drunk and then start abusing her. She would try to stop him but it only got worse.
She started spending nights at Eliza and Alexanders house. There she felt safe. John Barker was never allowed on their property due the Angelica asking of that. She only wanted a safe place for her to go. She loved being their. Elizas kids loved Angelica.
She also was able to see Peggy alot. Peggy would stop by to say hello. Peggy and Philip had the cutest Aunt-nephew thing EVER. they were always getting ice-cream. it was adorable.
Thomas Jefferson was over alot for dinner because Hamilton alwayes hosted the meetings. So, Jefferson,Washington, and Madison were over once a week it felt like. But Jefferson alwayed said goodbye to Angelica.
