Alexander is doing the dishes from dinner while Angelica is sitting at the table playing with her hands wondering if she should tell Alex about John. With eight kids plus three, there are a lot of dishes that need to be done. After Alex finishes with the dishes, he goes on sits next to Angelica.
He asks ,"Angelica, what is wrong?"
"Nothing"
"Really, nothing. You have been sitting silent for the past 30 minutes. There is something on your mind."
"Alex, I am just worried."
"Why is that?"
"Well, only Eliza know but..."
Alex cuts her off
"John is abusing you."
"How long have you known?"
" A month or so"
"Angelica, you seem in pain and aren't very active. You say ouch when one of my kids hugs you. "
"Alex, I am sorry for not telling you but I just never knew how to bring up the subject."
Alex and Angelica move to the couch...
