Third POV

"Nothing!" The red-head blurted out quickly. He looked nervously up at the ravenette and back at the pinkette and suddenly understood what kind of position he was in. "I..I should get goi--"

"How many times do I have to repeat myself? What do you want from her, bastard?" Sasuke asked in a calm voice, but meant business. Sasori looked at the ground in a sad way and quietly responded.

"I wanted her friend's phone number..." The red-head whispered.

"Which one?" The ravenette asked.

"Hyūga Hinata." Sasori said a bit louder and glanced at Sakura with hope.

"Oh god no. Anyway, she's interested in someone else, so it won't work out." Sakura stated.

"Alright, how about Ino?" Sasori asked, receiving a punch as a reply.

"She has a boyfriend, baka. Why don't you stop hunting for girls and get a life, son of a b.itch." The onyx-eyed ravenette growled. He grabbed Sakura's hand and brought her away from the red-head.

Sakura's POV

In that moment I was saved by Sasuke, my heart started beating unusually fast. The determination in his eyes to save me reminded me of my past friend. Why does Sasuke remind me so much of him?

The man holding my hand soon brought me to my house. He was about to turn around when I decided to speak up.

"Thank you for that...!" I bowed.

"Your welcome," Sasuke said in his deep voice which sent shivers up my spine. What's wrong with me, why am I feeling like this?

I turned around and entered my own home as he did. However, once I entered my mother was upon me.

"Haruno Sakura, where have you been?!" She bellowed. "I've been worried sick..!" My mother came over and hugged me, which caught me by surprise.

"I just met up with an old friend...that's all." I said.

"It's alright..just..go up to your room, alright? You have homework to do, I suppose." The blonde woman stated.

I went up to my room and heaved a sigh as I closed the door behind me. My day was long and stressful I deserve some rest!

Wait I have homework.

I mentally face-palmed myself as I grabbed my backpack and took out the worksheet Asuma-Sensei assigned.

After working on all my homework for a couple hours, I glanced at the clock and saw that the time was 11:54 P.M.

I should sleep, huh.

I lay my head against my pillow after turning off the lights and stared up at the ceiling. As a child, my neighbor always told me to count sheep to help me fall asleep. But ever since he left, he was all that occupied my mind.

I wish I knew more about Sasuke-kun..he's so...mysterious! And he seems so familiar at the same time..

If I were to be honest with myself..he resembles Sukè-kun. However, they have totally different personali--

Oh my god is that him?

I glanced out my window and saw that the room that has always been right outside my window. Sasuke was occupying it and he seemed to be depressed.

Without even thinking, I got up and knocked on his window.

"Sasuke-kun?" I whispered. He looked up and our eyes clashed once again. His eyebrows furrowed and he opened his window.

"What are you doing at this hour?" The ravenette asked me. Red painted on my cheeks as I realized how concerned he sounded.

"I was d-doing my h-homework." I stuttered. Sakura stop stuttering!, My inner yelled.

"You should get some rest--"

"Sasuke-kun, do you know the people who used to live here by any chance?"  Sasuke's onyx eyes widened at my question. It took a couple of moments but he eventually answered me.

"Yes. I do know them."
