Usually, when you play a game, you have a tactic, a strategy as you will, a plan. And as soon as you have a plan, you don't tend to think about the possible outcomes or when exactly to put them into action. They are just ideas.

However, it's also hard to predict what the opponent will do in return.

In a game, you have the strategic people and the lucky roll sort of people. The strategic ones often have an idea about what the opponent will do and how to interfere. The lucky ones aren't that fortunate.

In this case, (Y/n) you could say, is an extremely lucky dice, avoiding every attack and attempt at pushing her last place.

The downside to being a lucky shot kind of girl is that the roll of dice could also lead you away from the finish line.

It just so happened that this unlucky turn was yet to come.

(Y/n) was far too distraught to care about her worrying friend at the café who probably heard her outburst while exiting the building. Hiro had only found her moments after the private call, jogging to a slow and cautious walk before clearing his throat and startling the girl. "(Y/n)...I, I know how you feel and I just want to say that i-"

"No." (Y/n) said firmly. "No you DON'T know how I feel- this whole time and I've just been lied to, what next? Your brother isn't really dead?!" Hiro's face hardened as he scrunched his eyes closed with sharp breaths, fighting the urge to punch something.

"Don't talk like that, Tadashi...I would never lie like that and... like I said, I thought you knew." His voice quivered at the end to which (Y/n) scoffed.

"You 'thought I knew'? Well then tell me, if you're a genius you should know but if I knew that my parents were in contact with you and were not actually bankrupt, then how come I had no clue you were superheroes!?" There was a silence that prolonged afterwards, the only sound audible was the breeze that swayed the leaves in the tress.

Suddenly she walked off without a word or explanation to her once best friend, ignoring the questions of protest and location she was headed for she didn't know herself either. She just walked away from him and the spot they stood mere minutes ago, until she was certain he gave up and returned home. Comfort filled her mind as she released all the stress she had conceived into one giant punch. Her knuckles began to redden from irritation as she looked at the blemish free tree she had carefully chosen to attack.

She sighed before continuing her walk, not paying mind to the time or direction she was headed in, freely reaching out to stray rocks and pebbles on the floor, seeing how far she could kick them with the tips of her toes.

After much more of the kicking of stones, she grew bored, deciding to ease her mind by continuing her walk and thinking of nothing but the nature she was surrounded in. She smiled happily and contently before crossing the street and passing a dark alleyway, as if nothing had ever happened.

Hiro meanwhile, ran his hand through his hair before retreating back to the café, anticipating the scolding he would receive from Aunt Cass. He gloomily entered the building, the soft chime of the bells signalling his arrival.

Almost instantly Aunt Cass sprang up from one of the chairs and rushed towards Hiro. "Hiro?! What do you think you were doing? Where is (Y/n)?!" She fretted, glancing around for any sign of her. When she concluded that (Y/n) wasn't there, Aunt Cass groaned and looked at her nephew. "What did you do this time Hiro?"

He opened his mouth to defend himself, he didn't technically do anything in his opinion but then he stopped. "I..." he began, "I did everything." Aunt Cass looked down at the boy worriedly before frowning. "Um...(Y/n) is mad because..." he drifted off, contemplating whether or not to explain. "Well the thing is, she was upset I never told her about Tadashi." He had lied. A white lie. While it was true he never told her and she was extremely upset by that incident, that wasn't the case today. Aunt Cass bought it however, petting Hiro on the back before telling him it was "okay". Hiro guiltily nodded before deciding to help set the café up, consciously remembering to look up at the glass door in case he saw any sign of (h/c) hair.
