"Hurry up (Y/n)!" Hiro giggled, pulling the girl up the stairs. "I absolutely can't wait! Tadashi! She's here! Can we go now?!" Hiro practically begged. The older Hamada laughed.
"The robotics convention doesn't start for another hour." The two kids groaned in annoyance.
"Seriously?! I can't wait that long Dashi!" (Y/n) complained.
"It will all be worth the wait, I can assure you, in the meantime, why not try building a robot?" Tadashi suggested. Immediately, Hiro's eyes widened in delight, grasping (Y/n)'s hand once more and dragging the poor girl to the garage.
"We can finish the robot that will take over Dashi's school!" Hiro squealed. (Y/n) grinned at the idea. Quickly, the two of them sat on an office chair each and began to glide across the garage, typing in codes and passing things to each other from the computers.
Over the short time of meeting each other, Tadashi, (Y/n) and Hiro had transformed the garage into their own science lab, complete with a giant 3D printer that was at least two times bigger than (Y/n) herself. This is where they would always go to pass time or work on their awesome robot. "What are we going to name our sick robot?" Hiro asked. (Y/n) thought long and hard.
"How about the Tadashi Terminator? We are going to take after his school after all." She reasoned. Hiro grinned and nodded in agreement.
"Perfect!" They continued to move about the lab, sliding on the office chairs as they went, occasionally bumping into each other for fun. Eventually, the two had constructed the head of a robot, with one big red eye that would soon have the power to unleash laser beams. Footsteps could be heard as Tadashi appeared at the garage entrance.
"Come on guys! Let's go!" He grinned
"FINALLY!" The two screamed, leaping from their chairs and grabbing one of the older brother's hands each. They began to tug on his hands, forcing the boy to walk faster.
"I have some of the cake from yesterday here, you can eat it while we walk there." Tadashi offered, pulling out a plastic take away container and handing them each a half of the cake. (Y/n) and Hiro's eyes widened in excitement, devouring the treat so quickly that is was just a blur.
The three of them arrived at a bus stop, waiting a bit until their bus had arrived. Tadashi payed the affair for the trip as the younger Hamada and his friend found a seat. Tadashi soon joined them as they handed him back the plastic take away containers. He put them in a plastic bag as (Y/n) and Hiro looked out the bus window, watching the city go rushing by.
The bus trip was fairly short, a positive aspect for (Y/n) and Hiro who were literally bouncing with joy. As soon as the bus door opened, a chorus of "Thank! You!" could be heard. One by one, the Hamada brothers and (Y/n) rushed over to the crowded streets which had been blocked from cars just for the convention.
Tadashi found a nearby bin and disposed of the rubbish. He held both Hiro and (Y/n)'s hand tightly as they walked through the crowd, careful not to lose anyone. "It's so loud!" Hiro had to scream.
"I know right!?" (Y/n) yelled back, laughing a bit.
"Let's find an information booth!" Tadashi suggested, leading the way. All three of them struggled through the crowd, passing many booths and attractions that seemed to interest them even in the slightest way. Eventually, a bright neon colored tent with a giant "I" stood before them. "Here we are!" Tadashi exclaimed.
The small group of three hurried inside to find a small reception table. Behind it was a tall young woman with crazy mint green hair and purple contacts in her eyes. She smiled kindly and waved before greeting them. "Hello! I'm Naomi Nakada, how may I be of assistance?" She smiled.
