Today my mom decided to throw Josh and Ashley a congrats party. She invited just about everyone she knew. After we left Josh's house I explained to Emma that she does have a dad and even though he isn't here, he loves her very much.
I sigh as I wrap my towel around my body and walk to Emma's room and wake her up. I give her a bath before finding her an outfit. I pick out a white dress with a pink floral print, with some pale pink sandals.

I brush her hair back into a ponytail before going back to my room to pick out my outfit. I pick a short white dress with a lace back. I pair some white sandals with it as well as a gold bracelet.

I curl my hair, and put some eyeliner and mascara on. I grab my purse and pack Emma's bag before grabbing Emma. We walk to my car and I strap her in before driving to my mom's house. Once I park out front, Emma and I walk inside. I put our things in my old room and close the door. I let Emma run out back to say hi to everyone while I stop outside of Liam's old nursery.
I gently touch the doorknob before sighing and walking away. I make my way outside to the party and greet everyone. I hug my mom before getting a drink. I see Ashley talking to Tina while Watson and Emma are playing together close to them.
"Bethany?" A voice asks behind me
I turn around and almost scream. I run up to the girl and practically throw myself at her.
"Katie" I scream "It's been so long!"
"I know" She screams back
"Why are you here? I thought you weren't coming until Monday" I say pulling away
"I heard about the baby and needed to come to party to support my best friends!" She chirps
During senior year, Katie was the new girl. No one really paid attention to her so Ashley and I invited her to sit with us at lunch and we all became close friends. After graduation she and her mom moved to ohio and we barely see her. So when Ashley got engaged of course she asked Katie to be a bridesmaid.
"How's Emma?" She asks
"She's great" I smile
"And does Blake know about her?" She says seriously
