Blake's been staying at my apartment for a few days now and to say we've been catching up is an understatement if you know what I mean. Of course it's all confusing, neither one of us knows what exactly we are but we know it's something.
Right now I'm n the kitchen cooking breakfast with my robe on. Strong arms wrap around my body and turn me around. Blake wastes no time and kisses me. I wrap my arms around his neck and we pull apart from the short kiss.
"When are you going to let me cook for you?" Blake asks putting his arms around my waist
"When I'm sure you won't burn my apartment complex down to the ground" I joke
He chuckles and kisses my forehead and I realize he has no shirt on.
"I have to go to my mom's today" He states "She wants me to bring Emma"
"Ok" I smile "Just make sure you have all of her stuff with you"
"I will" He says kissing me one more time
Blake goes to wake Emma up while I finish making pancakes. I fix Emma's plate and sit it in front of her before going to get ready for work. I go to my closet and take out a white blazer with black around the edges, a white top, a black skirt and a gold belt to cinch at the waist.

I grab some strappy nude heels from my shoe rack and get dressed. I curl my hair and then brush it out to make it look more natural yet professional. I look in the mirror and nod at my very professional state. I brag my purse from the back of my door and walk out to the kitchen. I kiss Emma on the cheek as she eats and then kiss Blake goodbye.
"Make sure you clean up before you go" I tell him while searching for a granola bar
"I will" He says
"And give her a bath" I say
"I know" He chuckles
"And please just put her in something that matches" I pout
"I know what to do Beth" Blake says walking over to me "I've babysat before"
"But you're not babysitting. This is your baby" I say
"I know how to take care of a baby" He chuckles as he takes my hand "Go have a good day at work"
I nod and smile. I'm a little anxious about going today just because this is Blake's first day with Emma completely alone until he goes over to his mom's. I grab my keys and purse before going to the door. I open the door and go to walk out, but right before I'm all the way out I turn back around.
"One ore thing" I call out
"Yes?" Blake asks amused
"Don't lose our baby" I say before completely leaving the apartment
I drive about ten minutes to work and walk to my classroom. I move the chairs out of the way so we can start practicing the dance moves right away.
