Laurence's POV

"Excuse me officer?" I ask one of the officers wearing the traditional blue and black outfit. 

He walks over towards the counter, placing both his hands on the counter, clearly tired.

"What can I do for you?" He says, boredom throughout his voice.

"We would like to see the security footage from *Insert date here* on the street of Mystreet." Zane asks.

"Follow me" He shuffles toward the counter and swings the half door open and walked towards one of the desks. 

He starts it up, the blue from the screen shining on his face. 

He then looks at us, bags under his eyes, and raises his eyebrows. 

"Can we see if a tall figure in a red hoodie passed through and where he went?" I ask.

"Why do you want this information?" He says, resting his head on his hand. 

Oh Crap

"This man uhh.....forgot his wallet and we would like to give it back to him." Zane said quickly.

Nice one Zane....you may not be useless after all

The officer shrugged and continued to tap at the keyboard. 

On screen popped up the security camera footage. 

We notice at around midnight, the door to Aphmau's house opens, Aaron exits.

Tears could be seen on his face as he looked back at the house then turned around and walked down the sidewalk, with a backpack strapped over his shoulder. 

He continues to walk and stops at a bus station. 

He rides the bus until he gets off at a stop just outside the city. 

The building he stopped at looked run down and deserted. 

He stops himself. 

He takes a deep breath as he steps into the abandon building. 

I point my finger towards the screen. 

"There...thank you officer...have a good day..." I say as we leave. 

He actually smiles and gets back to his work. 

"We should go to Kenmaur's house, he most probably has a drone." Garroth suggests.

"Good idea, lets go" 

Aphmau's POV

I have to go to the ultrasound today.

I don't think I can do this.

I know that I could get an abortion, but I would never....kill it.

Katelyn and Travis said they would come.

Btw they are dating!  

Also my mom is on a year round business trip so she doesn't know anything yet.

At least my ship sailed.

I enter the living room to try and find Lilth, she was going to hang out with Cadenza today.

I see her face planted on the carpet and I laugh a bit.

No different then her father.

I dropped Lilth off at Cadenza's house and walk towards the medical practice with Katelyn and Travis.

We enter the medical practice and the doctor called my name. 

I put on a small smile as we follow her into one of the exam rooms. 

She pats the bed and I lay down on the actually comfortable bed.

She rises my shirt and applies a cool gel on the lower outline of my belly, I sigh and I feel someone grab my hand. 

I turned and it was Travis. 

He smiled and said.

"We are here Not-Alone-Buddy." I smile at him and I feel Katelyn grab my hand too.

The doctor places a round tool against the gel and moves around. 

We were all silent, scared of the unbelievable. 

The doctor smiles and points at the screen. "There is your baby"

We all lean forward and admire the picture in front of us. 

The baby was just the size of a peanut. 

I laughed and cried a bit. 

The doctor presses a button and hands me a printed picture, she then wipes off the gel. 

I skim the photo with my fingertips.

That's our baby Aaron.

That's our angel.

WAAAAHH WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF?
