●Prologue●

"Hey! What's your name?" someone yelled, from afar.

I turned around quickly to look at the obvious mad person that would yell to ask for my name.

I pointed to myself and asked, "Me?"

He nodded and said, "Yes you! What's it?"

I definitely was not expecting this on my way to class. Like who does that randomly?

"I'm still waiting for an answer, you know?" he yelled, from across the empty hallway.

Yup. He definitely lost his mind. It's official. This guy is nuts.

"Um, it's Britney?!" I attempted to yell, but I bet he heard the question in my voice.

"Okay, Britney?" he said, as if he knew I was lying. "I'll see you around."

He grinned then walked away.

I was literally standing there, left confused.

What the hell just happened?

Well at least I didn't tell him my real name. Yee!

I shrugged and walked to class.

I know it was pretty early in the morning but I rather just walk slowly and be early than be hurrying and running when the bell goes.

Like use your brain people! That's what it's for!

I pushed open the door and like every morning it's empty.

I love the peacefulness silence brings. It never gets old.

I sat down in my usual seat which is next to the window.

So let's cut to the chase.

I'm a 16 year old girl that's in High School and trying to focus on her future.

By the way, my name's Belle.

Yeah, I know I know. Just like Belle in Beauty and the Beast.

I love that movie. It's my favorite Disney Movie.

Anyways back to my reality.

Well I live with my brother.

Yup.

My parents left when I was younger so here I am.

My brother is pretty cool.

So I pretty much have an ordinary life.

I'm not a nerd nor an outcast but I'm like in the middle of it.

Okay so like I do get A's in certain subjects but in others, I get B's.

I really want to go to Harvard University but we're not that rich.

So I had a plan when I graduated, I'll hopefully get a job that pays exceptionally good and I could do college online.

Yeah I know. Brilliant plan.

Well in my love life, I've had a couple of crushes.

I mean that's totally normal for humans especially in the teenage stage where your hormones just goes haywire.

I never had a relationship though.

Although I had a few flirtationships because it's fun.

Like I said, I'm trying to focus on my future here.

So obviously you'll have to know what I look like.

Well I'm 5 feet 1 inch. Yeah I'm pretty short.

I have really black hair and no I didn't dye it and it's breast length.

I have very boring brown eyes.

And I'm not fat but I'm not slim nor skinny. I'm like Nicki Minaj but like the less curvy version to her. She is hot! Like I would totally date her. If I was a guy of course.

And that's pretty much it.

I do have friends but they don't have any Monday classes with me so I'm just like a loner on Mondays.

Who was that guy earlier though? Where did he appear from? Oh well.

The bell then rang.

Jail is now going to begin their programme for us prisoners that committed numerous crimes.

Teens rushed in and sat at their seats awaiting for the teacher to enter the class.

Just then, the principal entered and announced that Ms. Payne had an heart attack and that we'll have a substitute teacher and exited.

Great! Just when I thought we had a free class today. What a bummer! Ugh. Don't you know not to give people false hope like come on Mr. Lee!

I placed my head on my desk and took out my phone and scrolled through instagram.

"Good morning, students!" a voice said, making me jump and put away my phone quickly in my bag.

I raised my head and looked up and saw thee most hottest teacher I've ever seen.

But he's a teacher for Christ's sakes Belle. What is wrong with you?

He has black messy hair, blue eyes, and an amazing physique like baby won't you come my way! Is it just me or do very hot guys look more tempting in suits because dang! It's working for him.

Ew! Ew! Ew! Gross! Gross! Gross! What the hell is the matter with you? He's an old dude for crying out loud. He's probably like 30 something. He probably has a wife and like 2 kids already.

Pull yourself together Belle. He's old, very old. Keep that in mind.

"My name is Xavier," and he wrote it on the board.

"It's pronounced with a Z sound not an X if you're wondering," he continued.

He looked at me for a second that I thought was oddly weird but intriguing.

"I will be your Mathematics teacher from now on," he said. "Any questions, before we begin the session?"

A girl shooted her hand up instantly.

He motioned for her to ask her question.

"How old are you?" she asked.

He smiled and oh my god, he has such a beautiful smile.

Yep.

This is it.

I'm going to die from hotness overload.

"What's your name?" he asked her.

"It's Vanessa but you can call me Van," she said, seductively.

Come on! We all know he's hot but you don't have to make it that obvious.

"Well Vanessa," he paused then continued. "My private life should not be a concern to you."

And with that she stopped her seductivity. I just made a word. Yass! Another awesome word in my beautiful dictionary.

I then became aware of my surroundings.

Everyone was watching at me like he asked a question or something.

"Can you repeat the question, please?" I asked, as sweetly as I could.

He stared at me intently and then looked away.

Okay...then.

"Maybe if you weren't texting on your phone, you would've heard the question," he said, very coldly.

I was very confused. I wasn't on my phone.
