We had arrived at my home and she parked the car in our driveway.

"Ready?" I asked her.

"Ready as I'll ever be," she said.

I knocked on the door and waited for my brother to open it.

He opened the door and we walked in and he locked the door.

"Hey bro. So this is Britney and Britney this is Jake, my brother," I said, turning around to face him.

And I was shocked.

What is he doing here?

"Xavier?" Britney said, sounding as shock as I did.

"Where is my brother?" I asked him.

"He's out with his girlfriend," he said.

"What? No. We just heard him over the phone and he wanted to meet Britney," I said.

"Oh that wasn't him. That was-" he said and Britney interrupted.

"You," she said, shaking her head. "I should've known."

I'm in the twilight zone right now. What are they talking about?

"Why are you here?" I asked.

"I'm here to make things right, okay?" he said, stepping closer to me.

Britney walked over to me and shielded me from him.

"She's been through enough Xavier! I think you should just give her a break," she said.

"Britney. Move out of the way," he said, lowly.

"No! I would not. I know what you're going to do to her but I won't let you," she said.

I couldn't see him but I could still hear his slow footsteps making his way to Britney.

"Might I remind you, Britney. I am your Alpha and don't think just because you're my niece you can speak to me in any way you'd like. Now, I'm telling you again. Move. Out. Of. The. Way."

She growled and it was the first time I actually heard her ever growl. And it really scared me.

I stepped back and started to run for my room. I know typical place to go.

"Belle! Get back here!" he yelled.

I ran into my room and locked the door.

I backed into my room, looking at the door, waiting for him to knock it off its hinges.

Then I backed into the wall.

A wall with arms.

I fought against his arms that was enveloping me. Every skin contact that we made was making me feel pain and disgust and I needed to get away from him.

He growled and I knew I made him furious but I still kept on fighting him with every ounce of anger I had stored in my body dangerously.

I felt myself being lift up into the air, not by arms but by a source.

How many powers does he have?

He turned me around in the air and forced me to look at him.

I couldn't see his face in the dark but I sensed his aura and boy, was it frightening.

"Why can't you just leave me alone?" I said, looking at his figure.

"I have come here for only one reason and by the end of it, you won't have to ask that question ever again," he said, in a cold voice.
