Stella's POV- September 2016

I laughed as Klay pulled my legs up, took a seat and then placed my legs over his lap.

"Here you go"

I took the wooden box and slowly opened it to reveal his Olympic Gold Medal.

"It's so pretty" I admitted as I admired it.

"You can pull it out if you want"

I placed the box on my lap and carefully pulled it out.

"Put it on"

"It's much more heavier than I thought" I stated.

He chuckled and nodded.

"Mom said the same thing"

I carefully put it on and looked down at it.

"Did you cry?" I asked.

"Maybe"

I smiled.

"Trayce isn't the only soft one in the family" I teased.

He laughed and shrugged.

"I guess not"

"When do you head up north?" I asked.

"In a couple of days"

I nodded.

"You and Trayce should come up and visit"

"Trayce mentioned it the other day" I told him.

"When does school start?"

"At the end of the month" I answered.

"You should come up, you could even bring Anthony"

I smiled.

"How thoughtful of you" I stated.

He shrugged.

"Anthony started Med school a few weeks ago" I said.

He hummed.

"That's pretty cool"

I nodded.

"I'll keep your offer in mind" I added.

"I hope you do, you and Trayce can go be lovey dovey in San Francisco"

I laughed as he wiggled his eyebrows at me.

"So my mom was telling me that your parents are hosting Thanksgiving dinner"

I hummed and nodded.

"That's right" I answered.

I placed the gold medal back in the box and looked at him.

"So tell me more about this girl who wrote her name on your frontyard while you were in Rio?" I asked.

He groaned as I laughed.

"She was a fling"

"She thought she was more" I said.

"Well she was wrong, the only Thompson in a serious relationship is Trayce"

I hummed.

"Have you talked with her?" I pushed.

"Stella, no"

I grinned.

"Stella yes" I stated.

He made a face.

"I wanna know" I told him.

I pouted and a light chuckle was heard. Klay glanced up and sighed.

"Trayce, your girl is annoying me"

Trayce laughed.

"I doubt that, just answer her question"

I wiggled my eyebrows at Klay as Trayce sat next to me.

"Every girls dream, to be sandwiched between two Thompsons" I joked.

I smiled at Trayce as he kissed my cheek.

"What were you harrasing Klay about?"

"I was just asking him about the girl who tagged up his front yard" I answered.

Trayce hummed.

"So were you dating her?"

Klay groaned.

"Mom!"

I tightened my grip on Klay's legs preventing him from standing up. Well he could easily stand up, but he would pull me up with him.

"Yes honey?"

I smiled.

"He claims I'm annoying him" I stated.

She walked into the living room and looked at Klay.

"That's crazy, you're not annoying"

I closed the box with Klay's gold medal and smiled.

"I was simply asking him about the girl who tagged up his home" I said.

She hummed and he groaned as she sat on the other side of him.

"I had completely forgotten about that"

"So tell us about her Klay" I pushed.

Trayce laughed next to me as I raised an eyebrow.

"She was just a fling"

Julie hummed.

"I figured, you'd never date a woman that trashy"

I unhooked my legs from Klay's lap and looked at Trayce who smiled at me.

"You two are gross"

Trayce laughed and glanced at Klay.

"We aren't doing anything"

I looked at Klay who scrunched up his nose.

"You're staring at each other"

I smiled as Trayce leaned over me and pinched his brother's cheek.

"Your time will come"

Klay swatted his hand away as Julie laughed.

"Mom! You're supposed to be on my side"

She smiled.

"Now honey, I am on no one's side"

"Should I set up the table?" I asked.

Julie nodded and I stood up.

"I'll help you"

Klay pretended to gag and I smiled.

"Love you too Klay" I called out.

Trayce chuckled as he followed me to the kitchen.

"What's got you so smiley?" I asked him.

I handed him the cups and silverware.

"I just like how much they all like you"

He tucked a piece of hair behind my ear and smiled as Klay groaned behind me.

"Klay there's no need to be so bitter, your time will come"

Trayce laughed as Klay looked at their mom with an offended look on his face. I was glad that I got along with Trayce's family and that he got along with my family. It was going to make Thanksgiving much better.
