-Karkat, One week later-

"Ugh, I already hate it here..." I snapped a picture of the lake in front of me and was about to post it to Instagram, but I stopped myself. "Shit, Kankri will know I left if he sees this." I sighed and deleted the picture, and began walking around. I had no clue where I'm even going. I just know Dave and that loser is here.

Dave's been uploading pictures of him and John with this city tagged. Where the hell is he?!

I paused and saw a shirt in the window of a store. It had a crab on it. It was fucking awesome.
"Holy shit, I need to have that."

I bought it and immediately out it over my actual shirt, snapped a picture and posted it without even thinking.

Only a few minutes later, Kankri called.

"Fuck." I answered, "Uh, hello?"

"KARKAT WHAT ARE YOU DOING OVER THERE TOO?!?!?!"

"I-"

"YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE! DON"T YOU KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS?! YOU"RE ABOUT TO BEGIN YOUR SENIOR DEBUT!"

"SHUT UP!" I screamed, "I'M NOT COMING BACK UNTIL I  GET WHAT I WANT FROM DAVE! THAT"S THAT!!!!!!" I hung up and saw people staring at me, "What the hell are you all looking at?!"

They looked away and I put my phone away, walking down the street, "He needs to leave me alone. I have my own job to do."
I have to get Dave to choreograph for me. He promised me when I was skating as a Junior.

I was skating on the ice when I felt like I needed to raise my score. I glanced at Kankri off the ice, who had an emotionless face. I smiled to myself and performed a quad, landing it almost perfectly. I knew that would make Kankri upset, but It didn't matter to me.
After the program was over, Kankri pulled me aside.
"I told you those were off limits! Your body is still growing!"

"Whatever."

"If you can't listen to my simple instructions, then maybe you shouldn't skate."

"Geez, Kankri. Take it easy on your little brother. He did great out there. You should congratulate him instead of barking."

Kankri sighed, "Please stay out of this. It's none of your business. You aren't a coach."

Dave smiled and looked to me, "You remind me of a much more crabbier and stubborn version of me. Your brother yelled at me for doing that too. You know, I bet you can win without doing Quads. You can win the Junior World Championship. I guarantee it."

"Bullshit." I rolled my eyes.

"Karkat, language!" Kankri crossed his arms.

Dave laughed, "No, I mean it."

A thought crossed my mind and I stood, "Fine. I won't do quads. If I win the championship, choreograph a program just for me when I become a Senior!"
"Sure." He held out his hand to me and we shook on it, "Come see me when you win that Gold medal. I'll be waiting to make your Senior debut the best it can be."

I looked up from the ground and noticed I walked far. Oh shit. I looked around and just yelled, "DAVE FUCKING STRIDER! COME OUT!"
"Uh, are you looking for that handsome skater?" A man with a green shirt and sketchpad asked, "I heard he's usually at the skating rink down over there," He pointed over, "You should try there."
"Uh, thanks?" I peeked at what he was drawing, "Can I ask why you're drawing a picture of stick figures dying?"
