Bel's P.O.V:

"We wish you all had a peaceful flight; don't hesitate to visit us soon. have a nice day" The hostess greeted us with her words; making me shut the book close and wait for the airplane to land on the ground, safely. I looked at my right, admiring the boy sleeping next to me. His lips were slightly open as soft snores escaped it, his hands wrapped above his chest and his cheeks were rosy and cute.

I never thought Niall had a dark past; Never. He always seems happy and smiley, jumping around and smiling non-stop. Nobody - including myself - knew that he was actually keeping all of that inside. It amazed me, his story. I never thought Niall as a dark guy with a dark past. Everything seemed so bright in his life. This boy never ceases to amaze me. He was a better actor than myself; and I thought I was holding a great act, pushing every one away and build tall walls around me. He seemed okay with it, though. Not bothered by the fact that his father left or that his mother literally kicked him out of his family. In my opinion, his problem is bigger than mine, yet he never fails to paint a smile on people's lips.

"Niall" I shook him up a bit and he lightly tried to open his eyes; which meant that he was obviously stuggling to do that. I shook him again and his eyelashes flutter awide, a smile lightened his face as he rubbed his eyes. I looked next to him, hoping that William wasn't asleep. Again, I was wrong.

The boy was sprawled in his seat; his hair was a huge mess. The only reason that I hoped he wasn't sleeping was because he's a heavy sleeper. I knew I couldn't wake him by my own within the time I first tried, but returned down stairs with a bleeding nose.

"William, wake up" I nearly shouted, shaking him hard. The only reaction was a small moan as he shifted to sleep easily.

"Niall, do me a favor and help me wake him" I spoke as Niall nodded and started waking William. After what felt forever, the plane was nearly empty, implying it was just us and a few more, woke up from his long nap. I was revealed because it''s the first time I woke him without getting a bleeding nose or bruised lip and we broke a record. 16 minutes, it isn't that bad, yeah?

"Let's get out of here" I asked as I stepped out of the plane. Wow, Greenland was really beautiful; it got me too speechless for a moment.

"I'll call a cab, okay?" Niall spoke as beside him, siting was William, his face so much glued to his phone screen. A girlfriend maybe? I laughed silently as Niall rested a hand on my shoulder.

"Bel, look at me" He instructed and I obeyed viciously. What was he up to?

"I know this wasn't supposed to happen, and I definitely know that your not happy. But I promise you everything's gonne be ok, hmm? Smile, it looks beautiful on you" He spoke and I blushed deeply. Not the right time to act bashful, I thought.

"Promise?" I asked him. His eyes boring my own as a smile was painted on his lips.

"I promise" He promised and kissed my forehead lightly before he went to find a cab.

Chapter 29: First Christmas

Bel's P.O.V:

"William, wanna help me decorate the tree?" I asked, leaning against his door frame, waiting for his response.

It had been 2 weeks so far, how crazy is that? Niall is still here with us, which I'm really grateful for. Tommorow is Christmas Eve, and it's the first time I spend it with someone I love. Ever since I moved to London for UNI, I spent Christmas by eating gingerbread cookies and watching T.V for the rest of the day. Mila and Havi always tried to make me hangout with them and their families,  but I always feel like interfering, so I always decline. It's a nice feeling though. Knowing that this year isn't like the year before. Knowing that you'll spend it with friends and family; it's a warm and cozy kind of feeling. Niall was in the kitchen, preparing gingerbread cookies, he is a great baker after all.
