Chapter 39: Finally Returned

Bel's P.O.V:

Lying in your bed with no one to talk to is actually pretty boring. I, for a known reason, feel as I'm in a isolated island. Stuck there for a very long time, having everything I want, but not really need. Once I left the airport, I felt like a complete new person. As if my life is nothing more than a game, and I lost it completely by letting go of them.

I sighed, yawned softly before I walked downstairs, trying to paint a smile on my own lips by eating some snacks. As I walked downstairs, I felt this huge wave of suspicion, I sure did felt something would go wrong. I tried my best to push that feeling away. I wanna smile and not frown, is it that hard?

I opened the cupboard, took out a chocolate bar as I walked towards the living room, thought maybe a good T.V would make me loosen a bit. Then, something actually caught my eye. The front door was wide open, making my eyes wide and my my jaw to hung open.

What the--

"Missed us much?" A spoke spoken behind me, making me gulp. I was about to let out a scream when a piece of cloth have been placed on my mouth, I tried to struggle out of it, but the person just pressed it against me harder, next thing I knew, it all went black.

Niall's P.O.V:

"Boarding ticket, please" The assistant in front of me asked politely, a casual smile plastered on her face. I can't go away, how can I leave her.

"Niall, you alright?" William nudged my sides, making me snap back to reality.

"What I'm gonna say now is something you should know.." I trailed of, resting both my hands on his shoulders, making him look straight at me.

"I can't do this. I can't leave knowing that your sister isn't safe! I have to stay, she needs me. But specially, I need her. If something happened to her, I'd kill myself. I--"

"Sir, can you please rush it?" The assistant asked worriedly, her eyes scanning the crowd behind me, I nodded sharply, returning my gaze to the boy standing in front of me.

"I'd do anything just to know she's safe. I have a sense she isn't, so I won't go, I have to stay, William.. I love her" I admitted quite bluntly, making his eyes go wide.

"Y-you love her?" He asked, his eyes still wide open as his jaw hung open.

"Can you hurry up!" A voice yelled from behind us, making me sigh in frustration.

"Yes, I'm in love with her! Why do you think I've skipped college and stayed with you guys for the past month?! I love everything about you sister and I can't go..." I spoke softly, making him close his mouth and stare at me.

"But--"

"Go. I'll be sure he'd have a safe flight and arrive safely, just go" A voice spoken, making me snap my head at them.

"Go.." The assistant spoke, gesturing for me to go. I smiled brightly, thanked her and turned my gaze towards William.

"I promise you that I'll keep your sister safe and we'll be back in no time, just promise me one thing?" I asked, staring at his eyes as they glinted with sadness.

"Anything" he muttered, smiling softly at me which made me smile back.

"Promise me you'll take care of yourself" I spoke and his smile stretched even wider.

"I promise" he spoke, wrapping his arms around me as I hugged him back.

"I have to go now" I spoke and turned my gaze towards the assistant.

"Thanks again!" I shouted to her, before sprinting off towards the exit, bumping into people, making them yell things at me but I completely ignored.

My only goal is to reach to Bel and keep her safe, and that's what I'm going to do.
