Chapter 6: First day dating

Bel's P.O.V :

I woke up, surprisingly had the best sleep I had in ages. I turned left to find Niall, his eyes closed and his lips formed a pout while he left soft snores escape his lips. A smile stretched across my lips as I slowly watched him turn to the right, our faces just inches apart. Feeling my breath hitch, I saw him slowly opening his eyelids, a smile finds it's way to his lips. I pretended to be asleep and tried to success my act, amazingly it worked.

"I know you're not hearing this but what I'm gonna say now is the honest truth. When I first saw you, I thought you were ordinary, like any and every other girl. But then I discovered you had this mask, that you kept all your dark secrets invisible. You dress differently, think differently and act differently. You're perfect; flawless and absolutely beautiful. You may not trust me now, and you may not believe me when I say that your perfect. But I'll win your trust, and I'll make you believe that you're perfect and that I love you, so much that I'll sacrifice my life for you" He whispered huskily, his tone showed sadness yet a hint of happiness.

Can I trust Niall? Well, I'm still not sure. I think maybe in the future if he finds out, I can trust it with it. I can't say I love him but I'm starting to fall hard for the crooked smile kid. How can someone be so perfect? I thought perfection doesn't exist but now, I'm kind of re-thinking the whole thing. I wanted to smile, I wanted to cry and tell him I trust you but I can't; not now at least. He stared at me as I sat up a bit.

"What are you staring at?" I asked awkwardly, still new to the whole dating thing.

"You're so beautiful" He spoke huskily as caressed my cheek, I blushed furiously as I heard him laugh beautifully. He kissed my cheek softly before he stood up and walked away,making me whine mentally.

"Where are you going?" I asked, standing on my feet and trying to make my way to the bathroom.

"I'll make breakfast, you shower and I'll call you when breakfast's ready" He smiled sweetly before exiting the room.

I entered the shower and did the usual, shampooing my hair and washing my body with my coconut body wash before exiting the shower. I threw some sweats on and a crop top before walking out of my room to be greeted with the smell of fresh pancakes filling my nostrils. I smiled as I walked towards the kitchen, coming in the picture was Niall planting some pancakes on two plates before he noticed me.

"Good morning sunshine" He spoke before planting a lingering kiss on my forehead. I weakly smiled before taking a seat and starting to dig in.

"So what's the plans for today?" I ask as he smiled brightly.

"I was thinking we can go on a picnic then we could go to this amazing landscape that has the most amazing view ever!" He fist pumped making me chuckle quietly.

"That'd be great" I spoke as I received a call from Mila, I excused myself before exiting the kitchen.

"Hello?" I asked, waiting for a response.

"Hi, how are you?" She asked, her tone filled with excitement.

"Great, is something wrong?" I asked worried.

"How was the date?" She squealed excitedly making me chuckle.

I told her everything, from the first time we started a conversation till my first kiss.

"Oh my god!! That's so cute, you two are my new OTP" She squealed like some fangirl making me laugh.

"Jesus Christ! Can you stop squealing for a moment? It's annoying" I spoke as she stopped squealing.

"Tell him that if he breaks your heart, I'll cut his balls off" She spoke making me burst put laughing.

"I'll be sure to send the message" I spoke before I hung up. Walking back to the kitchen, Niall was no where in sight. I finished my pancakes and headed to my room to find Niall laying on my bed, shirtless.

I couldn't take my eyes off his body. His abs and V-line, I didn't notice I was staring until I heard him laugh.

"Like what you see?" He asks, smirking. What happened to his shy side? I tore my stare away and tried to act causal.

"So full of yourself, eh?" I asked before I took a few clothes and was about to enter the bathroom.

"Just for you babe" He winked making me roll my eyes. I quickly changed into black ripped jeans and a white hoodie. I exited the bathroom to find Niall, wearing a red polo shirt and jeans with his red converse.

"Ready to hit the road?" He asks and I smile weakly.

"More than I'll ever be" I spoke before he intertwined our fingers together, walking out of his apartment and to his car.

I'm not single anymore, and I think I like it like this. Niall makes me really happy, but every time I decide to show it. The dark memories hunt me again. I'm sick of the walls surrounding me but I guess this dark nightmare will never end.
