Part One

"Tom, are you sure we're allowed in here?", you asked, as Tom pulled you by the hand through the back passageways of the film studio.

"(Y/N), I'm Loki, of Asgard! I do what I want, remember?", the corners of his mouth turning upwards into his famous Loki smile, the one that got your heart rate going faster than normal.

It was early evening and most crew members and actors had finished for the day hours earlier. There were only a few cleaners left, tidying up the days mess, so nobody stopped to question where you were going. Not that anyone would have dared ask Tom Hiddleston where he was headed.

"I'm just saying, that if I lose my job, I'm blaming you!", you joked back, even though you meant what you said.

You went through another couple of doors, and Tom took a left turn, another left and then a right. You had no idea where you was going now. Obviously, Tom did.

"I sincerely doubt that Joss, your own uncle, would fire you (Y/N)!", he stated, finally stopping in front of two large white doors that had a big sign that said COSTUME DEPARTMENT on them.

"Hey, you're not meant to know that, remember?". Although he was right.

When Uncle Joss had phoned you up a few months previous, to tell you that he would be directing the new Avengers Assemble movie, it had been a dream come true. You had always had a special relationship with your uncle, both of you sharing a love of all things 'superhero'. It had been Uncle Joss who had first got you collecting all the MARVEL comics as soon as you were old enough to read, sometimes bringing you a rare issue back from his travels across the country.

"Please Uncle Joss, get me a job on set! I'll do anything! I'll even clean the toilets, please, please, please!", you had begged, the desperation in your voice making him laugh.

"OK, alright! But be warned, you'll have to do whatever I ask you do to! And I don't want it public knowledge that we're related, otherwise we'll have everyone wanting to bring their kids on set. Deal?".

"Absolutely! Thank you so much! You're the best uncle ever!", you had agreed, pinching yourself to make sure it was really happening!

After your first day as general helper, you collapsed on your bed, shattered from the day's work. You had been running around all day, carrying out errands, helping out with whatever was needed. But it had been worth it.

Joss had introduced you to most of the cast, even asking you to help Chris and Tom out with anything they needed. Chris had been as friendly as you expected him to be, but you felt slightly intimidated whenever he was around. The guy was Thor, after all.

But you had been surprised by the way Tom made you feel so at ease. He had been so appreciative of everything you had done, thanking you and apologizing non-stop for causing you trouble. He was so...British. And that accent! It was enough to make your knees go weak.

Your friendship grew day by day, and it felt like you had known each other for years. At lunchtime, you would get your meals and sit together, discussing that days's scenes. The days that the Loki scenes were rehearsed and shot were your favourites. You would hide in the background, watching Tom perform, no, BE Loki, from the shadows, your heart swelling with pride at the fact that you were privileged to know this man.

Yesterday, you had confided to Tom, how you wished to be able to be up there with them, all dressed up, acting always being your dream job. He had gazed into your eyes, almost trying to read your soul.

"Meet me here an hour after we finish, tomorrow. I want to take you somewhere.", he had told you, acting all mysterious.

And here you both were, about to break into the Costume Department.

"Tom, what are we doing here?", you questioned him, confused.

"I thought we could play dress up! I've been dying to try on the Captain America suit", he told you, grinning like a little boy. "Come on, stop worrying! You said you wanted to try the costumes on didn't you?".

And with that he opened the doors, pulled you inside quickly, and locked the doors behind you once inside. You looked around and saw row upon row of clothes, all carefully organized by character and importance. You struggled to take it all in.

Tony Stark, Thor, Hawkeye, Bruce Banner, Captain America, Black Widow, Pepper Potts, Nick Fury, Phil Coulson.... they were all on one side. You didn't dare touch any of them, they were too holy to be touched by your unworthy hands.

You smiled as you saw Tom running his hands through the Captain America section, before pulling out the iconic blue, red and white spandex suit and shield.

"You're really going to put that on?", you asked, trying hard not to laugh.

"Hell yeah. Chris gets all the fun in this! Don't tell me there not a costume that you've been dying to try on, because I won't believe you", and with that he ran into the changing room in the far corner, as excited as a kid on Christmas morning.

You walked over to the Black Widow section, and hesitantly pulled out Natasha's black catsuit. 'Well, why not?', you thought. You would probably never get the chance again. A few minutes later you merged, the soft, black material hugging you in every place possible. It felt good, and you was shocked when you looked in the mirror. So you wasn't no Scarlett, but you didn't look too bad!

"What do you think, Miss Romanoff?", an American accent asked.

You turned round to face him, and your eyes almost popped out their sockets. There he was, his costume not hiding one bit of his perfectly defined body. The material clung to his arms and chest muscles like a second skin. You dared your gaze lower, and had to hide your flushed cheeks. The costume fitted him so well, but left nothing to the imagination. You suddenly felt very self-conscious next to such perfection.

"You...you look...really good.. Tom", and moved to get changed back in your normal clothes again. You looked down to see Tom's hand around your wrist, preventing you from going anywhere.

"I could say the same for you, (Y/N)! My, my, have you any idea what that outfit does for you?", his eyes hungrily roaming over your body, making your cheeks turn an even deeper shade of red.

"Tom, stop it, you don't mean that.", your breathing suddenly becoming uneven as he stepped closer to you.

"Did I say something wrong? I meant it! You look incredible! Now as much as I'm enjoying this, it is a tad tight. I'd going to change into something a bit more comfortable. Wait here, I'll be out in a second."

You went back to your changing room, and put your jeans and t-shirt back on, your mind in a whirl. Did you like Tom? You had to admit, you loved being around him, and there was no denying he was an extremely attractive man, but what had he meant? You didn't want to ruin your friendship by seeing things that weren't there. You decided to ignore what had happened.

As you wandered through the extras section, you heard footsteps come back in the room. As you turned round, your breath caught in your throat. Before you, stood Loki in all his splendour: his gold, and black armour, helmet and scepter included. Tom grinned at you.

"Something more comfortable?", you asked, eyebrows raised.

"Be quiet, you mewling quim," Tom's voice taking on his sinister Loki voice," Kneel before me. I said, KNEEL!"
