Walking into school for year 9 was something like going from year 6 to 7. Strange and makes me want to do more work, which I might never do. Looking onto the display board through the hoard of people, the music club was still on. At least I have something in this world to calm myself down.
Meaning alone time. So alone.
My form room was dark, even though the blinds were open. Why is today of all days just so dark? Something bad's gonna happen, you can tell when there are dark clouds above your head. Well, ceiling. I walked over to Levy and put my bag down.
"How was your trip?" I asked her. She smelt like smoke, I don't think anyone else had noticed, but I had. I doubt she smoked, we aren't even old enough yet and she nags about how bad they are.
"Amazing! But, my hotel neighbour just smokes all day long! And he stinks, like my life at the moment," She sulked.
"I wonder why?" Hinting her to explain. Do people just expect me to guess out of the billion things that could have happened?
"The book club had been cancelled!" She cried out. Makes sense. I even saw it. Even though I am equally of a book nerd as her, I know I could just go to the library after school. So sad that she lives so far from it.
"I'll borrow books for you, don't rip them or I'll have to pay!" I laughed. She nodded sadly. Does this mean that she's happy? Well, she had done it sadly. But she did nod. Complicated.
The door opened and everyone looked at who the next student would be to walk in. I guess that would be an awkward moment for them. Seriously, every day this happens. Never stops. The boy had pinkish hair and tanned skin. His eyes were jet black and narrow, not as much as Levi from my favourite anime, but, hey. Who cares? His blazer was around his waist and his jumper just hung lower than his wrist. His hair was messy as hell.
I sniffed the air. Why? Everyone has a different scent. He should have one. He had smelled of sweet wood and smoke. Something was slightly different, though. It was something that made the hairs on my arms stand up in glee, but, kind of frightened.
The hell.
He seemed to be ticked off at something as well. I looked back at Levy before anything stupid would happen. "All I did over the summer was binge watch Attack on Titan before the second season comes out," I could tell what she was going to say next.
"Seriously! Are they actually going to have a second season? For the love of Irene, it's a miracle!" Levy laughed as she hailed Irene.
"Yep, and I feel like you're no longer gonna be innocent," I said, feeling sorry for her. I read the manga. Yeah.
"What happens, no! Don't tell me! I don't want to know!" Levy panicked. Wow, super fan girl there that can't decide on what to do. Don't look like you've never done that, you totally had done it at least once, like me.
"I won't tell you, Gajeel and Gray was with me all holiday as well. They were fighting over why Jean was so useless," It was a nightmare. They wouldn't settle on one thing until mum got a tub of ice cream for us each. It was a good summer. Kinda. My teeth are way more sensitive than humans, being a werewolf and all, I kinda froze my mouth faster than them.
Erza walked in a straight away went and told most of the class to actually sit in their seats and not the tables. Her fiery red hair matched her personality, on fire! That was crap, I know. In these 2 years, Levy and I never got on her bad side or good side. We actually never talked to her. Let's hope it stays like that. I heard that sh--
"Okay! What have you kids done over the holiday?" Makarov asked as he walked in. He kinda always acted like his life was a movie. But, what he said was a bad move. Most of the class just burst out, talking to the person next to them about what they did. So lucky I did it before he walked in. "Quiet! Wa--Who are you?" Makarov asked as he looked at the boy from earlier. Dang, that scent, though!
"Natsu Dragneel, I'm new. Mr Macao told me I was in 9A." Natsu said, showing him his timetable. We have 6 classes for every year going in alphabetical order, making us the first! Not that anyone but Levy and I are smart.
"I see, well, tell us where you're from." He said. Well, Fairy Tail Academy was in Fiore but we had adopted the England ways at school. (A/N: Because I know I can't write in a Japanese or American school since I live in England. Just watching anime and movies doesn't improve my thinking of their system!)
"I lived in London for most of my life but I actually come from here," Natsu said. He seemed like a cheerful boy. Even though he looked so depressed when he walked in. I guess everyone is depressed when they walk into class on a Tuesday. (A/N: The school I go to, we start mid-way through the week after the summer! If you're not in Year 7, you get to start at 11:20, just after break! If you're year 7, you just go to school on any other day would be, 8:45)
"Oddly specific, but okay! Make sure the kid feels welcome, Gray, stop with that look." Makarov said. I turned around to look at him. He was kind of glaring at Natsu and laughing at him. He just hated him for no reason. I should murder him and get the meaning of this newly founded hatred. The class laughed as Gray turned his head around to look at the window.
The bell rang and Makorov let each row go one by one. It wasn't like the movies where you were allowed to just rush out when the bell went, you actually had to wait for the teacher to let you go.
My life was a lie.
GUYS! WATTPAD WON'T LET ME WRITE ANOTHER CHAPTER! YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE WHILE!
