John grinned against his husband's lips and held in laughter when he heard him squeal as a cold hand went down his chest.
"Should- should we really leave them alone in there?" Ringo gasped and held John's shoulders, pulling him away from him momentarily.
"No it's fine," John mumbled against his lips and tried to climb onto his husband's lap. "They're growing up, its fine."
"But he just came back," Ringo spoke onto John's lips. "Are we really just gonna- oh."
"Don't worry," John smiled and let his lips trail down to his jaw. "You're worrying too much. They'll be perfectly fine, alright?"
"Yeah." A shallow giggle and fingers were curling around John's auburn hair.
John was just hooking a finger around the button of his husband's pants when there was loud bang on the door. They looked at each other with flustered, knowing looks before getting off of each other and making their way to the door.
Julian was the one knocking. And he didn't seem to realize that the door had already opened until he tried to knock once again and he fell into the room because of how much force he put into one knock. John, of course, had to laugh until he caught the icy glare Ringo had given him.
"What's wrong?" Ringo asked and helped Julian off the floor.
"Sean! It was all him!" Julian stormed into the room with Sean laughing maniacally somewhere behind him.
"What'd he do? You're not telling me." Ringo sat him down on the bed and Julian crossed his arms over his chest.
"He's suspended! I told him to stop that shit or else he'd never get into that blasted school and here he is one a five day suspension for clocking a kid!" Julian growled and his father combed a hand through his hair.
"Listen," Ringo spoke slowly, choosing his words wisely. "You just came back to see us right? Do you know how many times Sean cried when you got suspended after applying for college? He rarely ever slept because of how worried he was about you not getting accepted. You should be grateful that he cared. Why can't you just hope that he gets in the same way he did with you? If you can get into Yale with scholarships and a record of two hundred thirty four suspensions, then Sean can get into Harvard with only one hundred eighty seven."
"If you say so," Julian sighed and rested his head on his father's shoulder. "Sorry if I interrupted something."
"You did," John glared at his son. "Now go away."
"Rude!" Julian grinned and engulfed his blue eyed father in a hug before exiting the room, the door still wide open.
"It's almost like he never left." John grinned and sat next to him.
"Clearly." Ringo blushed and snuggled close to John's chest.
"Dad!" There was another shriek from the living room and both men rolled their eyes.
Here we go again.
On the floor was Sean, who was being sat on by his brother Julian. His glasses were somewhere across the floor and he looked like he was in pain based on the muffled screams. Dhani was in shock and based on the look on his face, he probably didn't know whether to laugh or help out. Ringo looked at John expectantly and pushed him towards the children.
"What do you want me to do?" John mumbled.
"I don't know, they're your kids." Ringo shrugged.
"Yeah well they're your kids too." John snorted.
"Yeah but I inherited them along with your stupid ass. Your dick made them." Ringo argued and John groaned.
"You win his round Lennon-Starkey." John smirked and pressed a kiss to his lips before going to face his children.
"So," he raised his voice and both boys looked up with fearful eyes. "What's this? I don't remember this ever happening when you were younger. This is a fighting technique that one of you have done in fights, right?"
Julian blushed a concerning red and looked down. Sean began cackling even though Julian was still sitting on him and the older boy shushed him by shoving his entire hand on Sean's face. John turned around and gave his husband a knowing look. Ringo only sighed and sat down next Dhani, curious to see what the fuck they would do next.
"Julian," John raised a brow. "Aren't you gonna get off your brother?"
"It would be he best decision wouldn't it?" The man laughed nervously.
"Yeah, innit Dhani?" John called to Julian's lover.
"Of course Mr. Lennon-Starkey." Dhani said, glancing at Julian with a look of frustration.
Julian glanced between his fathers, his boyfriend, and his brother. He looked around one last time before finally lifting himself off of Sean. The teen gasped for breath and was about to throw himself on top of Julian for another round but Ringo stepped in and grabbed his son's waist, somehow managing to carry him away from Jules.
"I think we need to put you two in time out or something." John sighed.
"What? I'm too old for that!" Sean hollered.
"And I don't even live here anymore!" Julian argued.
"Our house, our rules," John smiled. "And besides, did you forget that we're your parents? Go to your rooms and make up. Dhani can accompany you if you want but no sex please. I don't want poor Sean to be scarred for life."
"I already am." Sean called out from the hall. The door to his room opened and he sat down on his bed.
Truth be told he was excited to finally have his brother come back into his old room. The only thing is that Dhani's coming in.
Oh well. At least Jules is back.
