Shane's POV
"Shay! Open yout door!" I yelled from the hallway just in front of her room.
"No!"
"Shaylee Brittney Yaw! I will go grab a screw driver and take your door off!" She opened the door to face me.
"Dad! What the fuck?! I can't be sad that I lost my baby?! What if this affects my fertility when I'm older because it can! That will affect you, too! I should be the first to have your grandchild! Fuck, just get off my fucking case, okay?!" She slammed the door in my face. She has been refusing to go to school, she's not eating very much, and not talking to like anybody. I get it, she just lost her baby, but you have to remember I forget! I don't see anything wrong with forgetting! I seem like a douche...
"Hey Shane?" I heard Ryland say in the kitchen.
"Yeah?" I said as I walked into the kitchen. I saw Ryland with a huge smile on his face.
"What is with the stupid grin?" I asked. He pulled out a paper. I started to read it.

Hello! My name is Rose Catteroto. I work at the fertility clinic that you two attended to use a surrogate. Going through files, and files, and files, we found that you two are able to receive a child via surrogate. You can use Shane or Ryland! And it will be free! On us!
