Shay's POV
Daddy had a sponge, dabbing my head that was sweating non-stop. I felt pressure down there, and I started to panic.
"Daddy!!" I closed my eyes as hard as I could.
I heard him say: "Um, Ryland? Go find a nurse so they could check her?" I heard Dad run out of the room. I heard him come back in.
"Don't worry, Shay. A nurse is coming." A few moments later, the contraction subsided and I saw the nurse cone in.
"Okay Shay.. I just need to check your dilation."
Shane's POV
I kinda looked away when the nurse was checking her.
"Um.. I think it's time to have a baby! Don't push yet! I need to go get the doctor." The nurse bolted out of the room.
"Dad I can't do this!" Shay said looking up at me.
"That's why I told you to get an epidural! But you can! Just think.. One in fifty woman have orgazams giving birth! It might actually feel good!" I felt Ryland kick me in the thigh.
"Arnt you exited to find out the gender and hold your baby?" Ryland asked standing beside me.
"Well yeah!"
"Then you have to push through it!" She looked into my eyes in fear. Fear of giving up.
We all looked at the door, which was flung open by the doctor and two nurses.
The doctors looked at the contraction monitor and looked at Shay.
"Okay Shay, when you have your next contraction start to push!"
"O-Okay.." Within seconds her face was all scrunched up, and her hand and a very firm grip on mine.
