Warren's POV
We planned the wedding to be a month after we got back together. We didn't have any problems since the Duchess, our mother was secretly organizing the wedding even in the months that Denisse were not talking to me.
This is the day I have been waiting for, to officially and legally call her my wife. Rovic, the best man and I arrived early at the church.
"Masyado kang excited. 1 hour early tayo."
"It's better to be early than late. I waited all these years for her, I can wait another hour."
"I admire you for your dedication Dude. I wish I could do the same thing."
"When you already found the one, you can't waste any time, what's with you and her bestfriend Sandra anyways?"
"It's a long story."
"Well, we still have an hour to spare."
He told me their story.
"I broke her heart when I left for the US to study. I searched for her after I realized I can't lose her but then I can't find her. She switched schools, she even transferred into another village and told her parents never to tell me where she was. She was my angel and now she hates me to the core for leaving her."
"Then why don't you prove to her that you are meant to be together? You may be destined for each other. After all these years that you were trying to search for her, it turned out she was my Denisse's bestfriend."
"She hates me so much it hurts to see her while she won't even look at me or acknowledge my presence."
"Dude, if you won't suffer, you won't appreciate the true value of love. Love may just be a feeling for some, but it is also something that you must earn and work hard for, alongside with trust. Love and trust will make any relationship work. I learned that the hard way. Just hold on and make her fall for you all over again. The wait and efforts will be all worth it."
I hated seeing my bestfriend hurting but I know in time he will have his own happy beginning, just like I have with my destiny.
"She's here!"
The wedding coordinator arranged the entourage. We wanted the wedding to be intimate and we only invited our close friends and family members. But our families, being the royals that they were, brought their own guests which filled the Church with a total of 250 guests.
The music started playing and I walked the aisle followed by my father who was very happy for me.
When all the other bridesmaids and groom made their entrance, I smiled at my parents who turned to be my future in-laws. Their eyes were misty and brimming with happiness.
