Chapter 7-Trolls

The dwarfs were battling the trolls, but because I didn't have any weapons I usually got saved multiple times from Kili. At one point I was in a troll's grasp and then Kili slide underneath his arm sliced it and caught me as I fell into his arms. We stared into each-other's eyes for a long time until we were both needed somewhere else. Kili back into the battle and me helping my father. Me and Bilbo grabbed a big troll knife thingy and started to cut the rope holding the gate to where the horses were kept closed. Once it was cut the horses galloped off but me and Bilbo were caught by a humongous beast, one of the trolls. Then we were held in front of the company, me in a trolls hand and Bilbo with left leg and arm in one troll's grasp and the right in the other.

"(Y/N)!" Kili yelled about to run to try and save me but got pushed back by Thorin, Kili had a worried look in his eye as he watched me.

"Lay down your arms, or will wrip his off." One of the trolls said

"And don't forget about the pretty lady here, she'll be squished in one second cause she's so small." The troll that was holding me said, I looked at the dwarfs shaking my head, trying to make it clear we'll be fine. Then the troll's grip on me tightened, I did a little gasp and a small noise in pain, Kili's eyes only deepened in worry as he looked to his Uncle. Thorin stabbed his sword into the ground and the rest followed suit by throwing theirs down and then in no sooner than five seconds we were in bags on the ground or on a stick over the fire. I was in a bag in the pile and was lying down with my head on Kili's lap.

"No point cooking them, it's to sit on them and squash them into jelly." One of the trolls said

"They should be sautéed and grilled with a sprinkle of sage." Th other said

"OOOO, that does sound quite nice." The troll said

"Forget the seasoning, we haven't got all night dawn ain't that far away, let's get a move on, I don't fancy being turned to stone." The last said

"Wait!" Bilbo yelled to them "You are taking a terrible mistake." he said trying to get up

"You can't reason with them their halfwits!" Nori yelled

"Halfwits? What does that make us?!" Bofur yelled

"I meant with the ah, with the, with the seasoning." Bilbo said hoping closer to the trolls

"What about the seasoning?" The troll said leaning closer to Bilbo

"Well have you smelt them you're going to need something stronger than sage before you plate this lot up" Bilbo said

"What do you know about cooking dwarf?" Another troll said

"Shut up, let the uh, flgerbluger-hobbit talk. " The troll in front of Bilbo said leaning in closer

"The secret to cooking dwarf is um," Bilbo said then started to pull his thinking face

"Yes?" The troll said "Come on" he urged

"Is Uhhhh" He paused again

"Tell us." The troll urged more

"Yes, I'm telling you, the secret is...." Bilbo paused and looked at us. We exchanged glances and I mouthed 'say something' "I s to skin them first!" He exclaimed, that sent the dwarfs into a little ryite

"Tom, get me fileting knife." the troll said

"What a load of rubbish, I eaten plenty with their skins on, scoff them I say boots and all." the one o called 'Tom' said, I then saw a sight id though I never see Gandalf running up a rock thing, he was going to save us....Bilbo's stalling!

"He's right" The dumb Troll said "Nothing wrong with a bit of raw dwarf" He said then picked up Bombur "Nice and crunchy" he finished opening his mouth, but Bilbo quickly reacted

"Not that one, he's infected!" Bilbo yelled

"Huh?"

"You what?!"

"He's got worms in his, jubes" Bilbo said

"Ehhhh!" The troll said throwing Bombur back onto the pile and on top of my stomach.

"In fact they all have their infested with parasites. It's a terrible business I wouldn't risk it, I really wouldn't" Bilbo said

"Did he say parasites!?" Oin asks

"Yeah! We don't have parasites, you have parasites!" Kili yelled, then the rest of the dwarfs complained I looked towards Thorin and mouth, "He's desecrating them, hep me shut the company up." hoping he understood and lucky for me he did and kicked Kili signaling him to shut up the rest went silent then

"I've got parasites as big as my arms." Oin said

"I've got the biggest parasites, I've got huge parasites!" Kili yelled, I let out a giggle earning a flirty look from Kili

"Yeah and I've got the second biggest" I manage to say without laughing, then the rest of the dwarfs started to say how 'wriggled' they were.

"What would you have us do then, let them all go." Tom said going towards Bilbo "Let them all go!?"

"Well....." Bilbo said

"Do you think I don't know what you're up to," He said repeatedly poking Bilbo before returning g to the fire "this little ferret is taking us for fools"

"Ferret!" Bilbo yelled obviously offended

"Fools!" a troll shouted back, but I was more focused on what just came over the rock.

"The dawn will take you all!" Gandalf shouted

"Who's that?"

"No idea"

"Can we eat him too?"

Then Gandalf broke the rock in half and let the sun through and the trolls slowly turned to stone. We looked on in shock then when the shock was over we started to cheer and one by one we helped each other out of our bags. Kili helped me out of mine

"So..... The biggest parasites eh?" I said giggling

"Second biggest eh?" He said chuckling, but then I remember the conversation I was having with the dwarfs before

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked

"I don't actually have parasites" Kili said

"No not that, why didn't you tell me Thorin was your uncle?" I asked, Kili's looked at the ground and sighed

"I just didn't want you thinking or treating me differently just because I was in line for King Under The Mountain." He said "I'm sorry"

"Don't be, it's fine, I just wish you told me." I said then Thorin said we were going in search of a troll cave, so we walked off in search of the cave the trolls were staying in.
