PDNJ: Good afternoon, President Snow.

PS: Hello. I understand we are here on behalf of speaking of the 74th annual Hunger Games and the results?

PDNJ: Yes, sir. First question. Why do we have the Hunger Games?

PS: Each year, the Hunger Games are held as a punishment for rebelling against the Capitol seventy- four years ago. They are also held to give a slight bit of hope to each district that one son or daughter may return home to their families and the fact that the victor's family will no longer live in poverty and have their every need catered to the fullest extent.

PDNJ: Thank you. Next question. What do you think of the Hunger Games?

PS: I think that they are an important part of the lives of all the districts. Without them, I believe Panem and the 12 districts will fall apart, leaving chaos and no structure for humanity.

PDNJ: What are our thought about having two victors?

PS: I do not agree with the decisions to let both Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark live. The gamemakers should have let them die, as both tributes were choosing to kill themselves. Just because they are star- crossed lovers doesn't mean they can ignore the rules. They too, will have to pay for their actions.

PDJN: What will their punishment be?

PS: I have not yet decided but I have a few ideas in mind.

PDNJ: Can you tell us these ideas?

PS: No. I would not like them released to the public quite yet.

PDNJ: What will happen to the gamemakers?

PS: Seneca Crane, the head gamemaker who decided to allow two victors to win, will be executed. He went against the rules in his contract and breaking these rules is punishable by death. His execution will be broadcasted so that every citizen of Panem may see it.

PDJN: Are there any secrets about the Victory Tour that only a few people know that can be realeased?

PS: No, there are no secrets that I am aware of. The tour will be geniuinly the same as normal. No changes are being made except for the fact that there will be two victors instead of one.

PDJN: What are your plans for the Quarter Quell next year?

PS: The gamemakers and I have teamed up and have several ideas. We are not entirely sure but we have started deciding what type of enviroment the arena will be in and other important concepts. We have also decided on what types of creatures will be put in the arena.

PDJN: Can you tell the Panem Daily News Journal a few of these creatures or ideas?

PS: I'm sorry. I cannot. These decisions are highly confidential and cannot be realeased to the public until the Hunger Games have begun.

PDNJ: I believe that wraps up our interview. Thank you, President Snow for letting Panem Daily News Journal interview you. We cannot thank you enough for your continued support.

PS: Your welcome.

President Snow seemed very pleased after our interview. Thank you for reading this very important interview with President Snow. Please learn that breaking the rules can be very dangerous.
