Chapter 21: Will You Forgive me ?

Ashley's POV: 

I awake to find myself staring up into a celeing. I hear beeping. I turn my head towards the side to find my body tied up to machines. Great I am in a hospital. I put my head back down onto the pillow as I let out a sigh. 

"Ashley are you awake?" I hear this soft smothing voice break the silence. "Mom?" I manage to get out even though my voice is extremely weak. "Yes honey I am here I am here." She cires as she runs over to the side of my bed. She places her hands on mine and begans to cry. "Mom please don't cry." I beg. "I am so sorry. I should have known. I am so so very sorry. Will you please forgive me ?" "Mom you didn't do anything wrong. Please don't blame yourself for this."  I beg knowing extacly what my mom is doing. "I forgive you." I say knowing that she won't stop begging until I forgive her. 

Another hour or so goes by. Another hour of darkness and lonleyness. Will this darkenss ever go away? Will this shame and embarssment stick with me forever? Will these scars ever heal? I don't know. I really honsetly don't know. Tears start to fill as as these feelings start to haunt me. 

Demi's POV: 

"No mom you know what's unfair ?! The fact that you won't even give her a chance!" I scream at my mom outside of Maddies hospital room. "I did give her a chance and look where that got us! Your sister is in the hospital because of her!" "Mom! Please stop fighting I am fine!" Maddie yells through the clossed door. A docotor runs over with the sound of Maddie's yell. "Is everything ok?" He asks sounding consderned. I couldn't help but turn around and punch the closests wall. The docotor backed away to let us continue our argument. 

"You may hate Ashley but I am 21 and you can't forbid me from seeing my own girlfriend." I spat. "Well it just makes me sick knowing that you would rather spend time with someone who could care less about you than to spend time with your sister." 

Without aguring back I walk over towards Ashley's room. Even though she doesn't want to see me I still need to see her. I need to tell her how I really feel about her. I love her and she needs to know that.
