Chapter 4: Happy 1 Year

 I wake up to the smell of fresh cooked bacon comming from the kitchen. I find myself alone laying in Demi's bed naked. I couldn't help but replay everything that happend last night. I quickly get dressed and head downstairs to the girls eating breakfast at the kitchen tabel. 

 "Oh look who managed to finally get themselfs out of bed." Demi says with a teasing smile on her face. I roll my eyes and jump in the empty seat next to Demi. "So it sounded like you and Demi had a great time last night." Jennel says as an answer to Demi's question. "Wait what ?" I ask. "We heard you screaming last night." CeCe adds. 

I look down at my untouched bacon as I feel this strong hit of embrassement. I pull out my phone to find ten text messages from Jc and two missed calls from him. I open one of the messages to only fell even more guitly. With all this Demi drama I complety forgot about Jc. Today marks the one year since he asked me to be his girlfriend. 

"So um does this mean that you two are like together now or ?" Jennel asked sound cuoirus. "Well we never really thought that through. I thought it was just for fun but I have these feelings that are just to hard to explain. So um I never really asked a girl out before but after last night I can't lose you Ashley. Will you please be my girlfriend?" I hear Demi ask. 

I look up from my phone to see Demi staring straight into my eyes. Right then and their is when my life changed forever. You can tell Demi really cares. She doesn't want just a sex relationship with me. She wants to be my girlfriend. The thought of that sounds amazing and scary at the same time. I am about to speak as a familar ringtone breaks through the siliance. "I am sorry I have to answer this." I qucily leave the room and head outside to the pourch. 

Even this back yard is huge. A huge pool sits on one side of the yard with a water slide and a hot tub connected to it. As I answer my phone I sit on this pourch swing which is made for two. As I answer I could feel confused eyes staring at me. I quickly push Demi away and focus on what really matters. I couldn't and I can't let Demi ruin my relationship with Jc. Jc and I have been through so much together and to leave him for a girl well I just can't. 

(Phone Call) 

"Hey babe I am so happy to finally get to hear from you ! I was getting worried." Jc says voice full of excitment. "I am sorry today is just the only day that I get to sleep in. " I explain trying not to sound guitly of what really happened. 

"Its ok. So Ash I got really great news. Me and the gang are coming up to see you perform this week!" Jc explains. I could just scense the huge smile that's sitting on his face right now. "Omg really ?! That's great I am so happy!" "Well I gotta go pack I will talk to you later happy one year baby I love you. " Jc says. "I gotta go too. I love you too I can't wait to see you and the gang this week." I say. I wait till he hangs up to hit the end button. 

(End of Phone call) 

I can't help but smile as I know I get to see my friends this week. They all mean a lot to me and its been awhile. I am in the middle of thinking about this crazy video we could all make together when a soft hand falls ontop of mine. I could feel Demi sitting down next to me. Then all of the drama and stress comes rolling back as I realize I have to make a final desison.
