The Next Day

Emma's POV

I never slept this whole day because I've been thinking about what happened last night. I have never seen my family so.... Different? Because last night wasn't the same at all. It was really fun and Angel went from being shy to being outgoing. I don't know what Chase did, but he did alright.

Jake's POV

I woke up with the sunlight peeking through my window curtain sand into my eyes which made me squint. As I stood up I remembered about last night..

Last night was the best night we've had. It was like before where everyone use to be happy, not busy, and would always have a family time together. But when years past everything seemed to fall. Not this time thought, this time was different I mean everyone got to know Angel and she was a sweet girl and she was outgoing. We all got to know her a little better than what happened before.

As I got myself ready I went downstairs to eat breakfast, but I wasn't the only one who woke up early.

"Chase?" I said with confusion.

"Oh uh mornin" he replied.

"Well this is new" I said impressed.

"What is?" He questioned

"You waking up" he chuckled.

"Uh yeah" I was gonna say something, but someone cleared their throat which made us turn around.

Emma's POV

I went downstairs I heard people talking so I peeked through the door and saw jake as usual and the most shocking part is Chase was there? He never wakes up this early he usually wakes up at night. Don't ask.

I cleared my throat because I wanted to say something to chase and I finally got there attention.

"Hey sis" jake smiled.

"Hey bro, do you mind if I talk to Chase for a while?" I asked.

"Yeah sure I don't mind" he said walking out of the kitchen.

As we were left alone I looked at Chase and Chase looked at me with a worried expression.

"I didn't do anything" he said very quickly as I giggled.

"Don't worry your not in trouble Chase" I said reassuring him that he is not in trouble

"Oh ok then what's up?" He asked

"I knew it!" I said narrowing my eyes at Chase.

"Knew what?" He asked.

"Your still the same" he looked confused as if HE don't know what I'm talking about.

"I don't know what you mean.." He said while he was getting water.

"You know exactly what I mean Chase. You maybe the 'bad boy' in this house, but I know deep inside your heart that your still the same Chase Blake and I once raised and loved. All you needed was someone to understand you and to give you a chance for who you are. Ever since Angel came in this family she seemed to give you that chance you deserved and the understanding you never got. You were acting different like your old self again.Tell me Chase? Are you falling for Angel?" I asked out of nowhere.

"Wh-what?" He asked with wide eyes.

"Are you falling for sk-" I got cut off by the door opening and I knew who it was just by the scent.

"Blake" was all I said...

Oooo what do you think will happened to Blake and Chase??? 0.0 Also, who's up for team Angel + Chase?!?!? What do you think their ship name should be? Hmm.. ? Anase??? Haha that sounds weird.
