Angel's POV

While I ran outside the woods I kept looking behind me to see Chase still running after me.

He was almost about to get me, but before I could I hid behind the trees and climbed up so he couldn't see me.

I sat on one of the branches and found Chase right under me.

"Angel?" He said looking around while smiled.

"ANGEL!!!" He yelled while I giggled just a little bit.

When I saw his face getting paler and filled with a worried/ sad expression. From what I did seemed to make him mad because he started to punch the tree which made it slightly bent. I was shocked. Yet, I thought I saw a tear slip down his cheeks as he leaned against the tree covering his whole face with his hands. I felt really bad so I yelled.

"IM UP HERE!" He looked at me and he really WAS crying.

I jumped off the tree and ran over to him, sitting down on the dirt.

"Are you ok?" I said with a soft tone.

"No." He snapped and covered his face again, but this time.... He was clenching his fist.

I stayed quiet.

He soon got up and faced me with a hard expression while his tears kept rolling down his face.

"YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I WAS WORRIED! I THOUGHT I LOST YOU! I EVEN THOUGHT SOMEONE KILLED YOU!! OR KIDNAPPED YOU!! I'M JUST RIGHT HERE YELLING OUT YOUR FUCKING NAME, BUT WHAT HAPPENED!?!?YOU DIDN'T FUCKING RESPOND!!" He screamed making me startled by his sudden outburst.

Thats when I noticed.. He was crying more than he was before.. Also, his eyes were turning black from anger. His fist clenched soo tight that his knuckles turned white....

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to get you mad or worried" I said calmly biting my bottom lip.

"YOUR SORRY?! ANGEL I'VE BEEN FUCKING WORRIED ABOUT YOU! WERE ALSO IN THE WOODS AND THEIRS SO MANY BAD STUFF CAN HAPPEN TO YOU HERE!"

"PLEASE STOP YELLING AT ME!!" I yelled and pleaded.

"NO! YOU FUCKING MADE ME WORRY!!! MAKING ME THINK THAT YOUR DEAD OR SOMETHING AND YOUR TELLING ME TO STOP YELLING!?!?" He yelled back.

"I SAID IM SORRY!!" I yelled back tearing up.

I felt my knees go weak which made me fall on the ground bawling my eyes out.

"I'm sorry.." I whispered.

I felt a strong grip on both of my shoulders and rubbing my back for comfort.

Chase's POV

Angel fell on the ground crying. I just realized that I got so worried I didn't even seemed to know that I yelled at her. I felt myself calm down a bit, unclenching my fist, and sighed.

I came right next to her and hugged her, rubbing her back.

"Shhh, it's ok Angel. It's ok" I said softly and carried her making her sit on my lap as I leaned against the tree with her face on in between my neck and shoulders.

"I'm sorry I yelled at you.. It's just, I was worried and I thought something bad happened to you, you know? It's just this feeling I have.." I trailed off.

"Your the only one who I don't want to lose.." I said and felt another tear slip down my cheek.

"I-I.. Do-don't like being yel-yelled at.." she stuttered because of her crying.

"I won't anymore I'll try my best to calm myself down more often ok?" I said.

She just nodded and gripped on my shirt while she was sniffing. I kept rocking her back and forth to try and calm her down from crying, but then this music in my head started to play so I sang.

With that Angel was slowly breathing. I looked at her and smile.. She was sleeping. I stood up and walked back to our house. When I went inside I saw nobody there, then there was a letter next the telephone.

"Angel and Chase,

Me and the guys will be going to a meeting and will be there for at least 1 week. There's a lot of troubles going on and they needed us. Also, I cooked you and Angel some food. It's on the fridge ok? We will be back in a week be safe.

P.S. Take care of Angel for me thank you. Love you both.

I sighed and just went to Angel's room setting her down gently on her bed with me sitting by her side. For minutes I kept looking at her and moved her hair away from her face making me look at her carefully. Memorizing her features. Then all of a sudden I slowly leaned it and kissed her forehead. When I lifted my head up I just realized that I kissed her forehead.

'What the fuck is wrong with me?!' I thought walking outside her room and into the kitchen.

I kept asking and asking why I'm like this. You know? I feel a tingly feeling inside my stomach, every time I'm with Angel I smile and feel all happy, when I'm close to her my heart beats fast, and most importantly she made me who I am.. Who I use to be. She gave me a chance when nobody did and she gave me all her attention when I needed someone to understand me. She gave me everything I wanted. Even though she didn't know me.

But there's this one IMPORTANT question that I keep asking myself...

Am I falling for Angel?

I didn't get any answers or response. I'm surprised Typhon hadn't talked or made a remark about anything... Yet again, I will never get any answers from that question..

Whoa... Did Chase just kissed Angel on the forehead?!?!? Well eh it can be just a sibling thing. Hmmm, do you guys think he's actually falling for her? Or is it just a phase feeling and stuff? Since there are kinda related even though she's adopted. *sighs* oh well.. Haha that's all I got and ohh! I forgot!! HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY AJ!!! Even though your birthday is tomorrow. XD still though happy birthday!! ;D @emmy_aj_15
