Freddy's POV

When I got home from school, I packed for our trip. I had a suitcase and a backpack with basic stuff that I may need on the bus.
After that, I went to get some sleep.

I woke up and went to the bathroom to get dressed and fix my hair. I grabbed my stuff and my dad drove me to school (that's where we were gonna take the bus) while I ate an apple.
When I got there, I saw the rest of the gang waiting for me at the cafeteria.
"Morning, guys!" I said as I sat down beside Summer.
"Good morning, Freddy!" They all answered.
"How about we go to the bus? I wanna take a good seat for me and Esme." Lawrence said. Oh, did I mention? Esme moved to our class, and now she is Summer assistant.
"Me too. Let's go!" Zack said.
Lawrence went to our classroom to meet up with Esme, and the girls were in front of us. It was time for me and Summer to start the plan.
"Hey, bro?" I said.
"Yeah?" Zack said.
"Is it okay if I go on the bus with Sum?"
"Uhm, sure, I guess I can go with Tomika. But why do you wanna go with Summer?" He asked, raising an eyebrow at me.
"No reason!!" I quickly answered. That was close!
I hope Summer has already told Tomika.
We catch up with the girls, and we all went to the bus together. We entered it and chose our sits. Me and Sum were going at the second row, Summer by the window. Same goes to Zack and Tomika, but they were a few rows behind us, and Lawrence and Esme were in front of us.
About half an hour later, the rest of the kids entered the bus and so did Mr Finn. He said we were about to leave.
During the bus ride, me and Summer talked and laughed a lot. We still had a few hours on the bus until NY, but Summer was tired so she decided to take a nap. After a few minutes, I felt her head leaned on my shoulder. I kissed her forehead and decided to take a nap too.

I woke up about an hour later, and Summer was already awake. We decided to talk about our 'plan':
"Freddy, I think I have an idea that might work." Summer said.
"What is it?" I asked her.
"When in New York, we'll make Tomika and Zack spend the whole time together. Every. Single. Second."
"Hey, that will probably work! Great idea, Sum!"
"Thanks!" She said as she blushed a little.
We just kept talking and telling jokes the rest of the ride. I found out Summer is way funnier than she seems. Behind all this responsible, smart and caring girl, there's a part of her that not many people know. Maybe because she has to trust you enough to let you know who she really is. She's still same old Summer, but she's more outgoing now, and she's taking more risks. And, let me say, she looked way prettier and cuter than before, but she has never really changed, she just gave me the chance to know the real Summer Hathaway.
The girl that made me fall in love with. The girl that owned my heart. The girl that is going to be mine, no matter what. And I'm not going to let her go that easy.

Guys! I'm really sorry for the short chapter. But I have my reasons!
I'm super sick. I have a really bad cold, and my throat hurts a lot. AND I have 8 (EIGHT!) freaking school projects to do. I promise you school wants to kill me!
Anyways, I have a good new:

PS: I don't think I'll be able to update for the next few days, and I'm really sorry. But I'll try my best to write at least one chapter!
