Summer's POV

We finally are in New York! This is my first time here, so I hope I get to know the whole city.
We have just arrived in our hotel, so we made the check-in and went to our rooms. I was sharing a room with Tomika and Esme, and Freddy, Zack and Lawrence were sharing another room.
We decided to have dinner at a place near our hotel, called Hot 'n Cold. We all ate pizza and had ice cream for dessert.
When we were done, we decided to go back to the hotel and get some rest. Our schedule for the next day were really full! We were gonna visit a lot of places.

I woke up before Tomika and Esme, so I decided to go have breakfast and explore the hotel.
When I got to the restaurant, I saw Freddy at a table, alone.
"Hey, Freddy! What are you doing here alone?"
"Oh, hey Sum! The guys aren't awake yet, so I decided to have breakfast on my own. But you can join me if you want!"
"I would love too."
I served my food and joined him at his table. We talked about everything we wanted to do while in NY.

The rest of the gang (including Esme, now she's part of our group of friends since she's dating Lawrence) woke up about an hour later, but since me and Freddy were already done, we decided to explore the hotel. We found a pool, a gym, and a sport area.
After that, we went to our bus to go to our first visit place: Statue of Liberty.
We got there by boat, and took tons of pictures. Since it was already 2pm, we decided to have lunch at McDonald's. After that, we took a City Tour bus and had a tour. We got to meet every single piece of Manhatan!
When it was night, before we went to our rooms, Mr Finn told us we were going to ride bikes at Central Park on the next day, so we should wear the right clothes for this "event".

Our gang decided to hang out at the guys room for a bit, because we weren't so tired. We played Never Have I Ever, Truth or Dare, and watched some episodes of Grey's Anatomy.
When we got tired, me and the girls went to our rooms to sleep.
When I was in my bed, I received a text from Freddy:

Okay. That was probably the best text chat I've ever had. Freddy called me awesome AND text me the emojis 😍❤️. I'm freaking out right now!!!

Anyways, I better sleep now. Tomorrow is gonna be a big day. And I can't wait for Zamika to happen. I'm so happy for Zack and Tomika! They have been liking each other for a long time now, and are finally going to be together!
I hope I'll be together with Freddy, too. I've been crushing on him since 4th grade, and now we're in 7th.
Maybe, someday it'll happen. I just hope it comes fast to me.
Someday, I'll be with my major crush. Someday, I'll be happiest girl on Earth. Someday, everything will be perfect, just like I've been dreaming for several years.

Guys! I'm so sorry I haven't updated in a while, I truly am. But I was really sick... And now, on my school, we have to take four different exams every single week. I've been studied like crazy!
Well, I know this chapter is not so great. TBH, for me, it sucks. But I really wanted to update.
