Freddy's POV

I couldn't stop thinking about Summer. I knew I had a crush on her, but now O think I'm in love with her. Ugh! Why life has to be so hard? I've never been in love with someone...
During class and band practice, I couldn't help but stare at her. Her beautiful eyes, and golden curls that shine just with the minor touch of the sun.
The sun... I think Summer was my sun. She was my sunshine, my star... My everything.

"RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!!!!!!!!!!"

The last bell rang and we were finally allowed to go home.
I saw Summer by her locker, and made my final decision: I was gonna tell her how I felt. I didn't care if she was gonna reject me, I just needed her to know the truth.
"Summer!"
"Yeah?" She asked, turning around so she could face me.
"I was thinking... Maybe... Uhm... Do you... Uhm..." Man, I've never been so nervous before!
"Yeah...?"
"Okay. Do you wanna hang out at the mall? Alone, just the two of us?" I did it. I DID IT!! Let's just hope she says yes.
"Are you asking me out?" She asked me, looking kinda happy. Yay!
"Yes. I am." I said, really proud of myself.
"I would love to." The moment she said it, I started smiling like crazy, and so did she.
I grabbed her hand and we started walking to the mall.

When we got there, we decided to watch a movie.
"So, what do you wanna watch?" I asked her.
"How about... Beauty and the Beast?"
"Okay! Let's go."
I bought us some coke and a large popcorn.
During the movie, our hands touched a few times when we were getting the popcorn. Her soft hands... So cute!!
When the movie reached its end, we walked out of the movie theater talking and talking about the movie. It was great!
"Best. Movie. Ever!!!" Summer almost screamed.
"Totaly!! I loved it."
While walking, we passed trough the ice cream place.
"Sum? What do you think of getting some ice cream?" I asked her.
"Ooooh! Let's go!"
We got our ice creams (mine was cookies 'n cream while Summer's was chocolate with strawberry) and started walking outside the mall and to the park near our houses.

There were a few people singing on a stage, and a few couples dancing to the music. Then, an idea popped on my head.
I grabbed Summer's hand and started running towards the crowd.
"Freddy, what are you doing?" She asked, between laughs.
"What do you think I'm doing?" I asked, slowing down a bit.
"Uhm, running like a maniac?"
"Haha. Very funny. We are gonna dance! Duh!"
We finally reached the crowd. I grabbed one of Summer's hand and put the other hand around her waist, as she put hers around my neck.
We started following the others' moves, and, soon, all the attention was turned to us.
When the songs was over, everyone started clapping us.
"Thank you, thank you!" I said, making Summer laugh.

Soon, me and Summer were walking to our houses and talking about today.
"Freddy, I had so much fun!"
"Me too! It was awesome!"
"Hey, can I ask you something?"
"Sure." I was starting to get curious.
"Why did you ask me out today?" She asked, as she stopped by the trees that were at the exit of the park.
"Uhm..." I started. I wanted to tell Sum I liked her, but kinda got... Scared? I don't really know.
"Freddy? Do you like me?" Summer! Calm down! You're freaking me out!
"I... Uhm, I... I...."
"Because..." She said, looking a little but nervous.
"Because...?"
"Because I like you." She said. Woah. Did I heard it right?
Oh. My. Godness.

Heyo!!! I'm at lunch break right now. I have 5 more hours of school today, and then dance. I'm so tired! Let me sleep!
