I seal the letter and drive to the hospital.
"Hiya Y/N!" I say sitting in the chair next to her. I know she can't answer but I speak to her anyway. I sigh and kiss her on the forehead. I open the letter and read it to her. After I was finished I kiss her hand and hold her close and watch as she lays peacefully in a long slumber.
