Family Portraits and Sunsets

When Lance woke up he made a decision. He got Zana out of his little bed in Keith's room and took him into the kitchen.
"Zana, we're gonna make mama breakfast and then I want you to draw mama a nice picture of you, me and mama. Okay?"
Zana nods excitedly and walks with lance into the kitchen to find Hunk cooking
"Perfect! Hunk we need you to help us cook breakfast for Keith, we don't have tons of time since he'll get cold and wake up. " Lance rambles a bit and Hunk just nods.
"I've figured out how to make bacon and cook these weird space eggs, they aren't bad to be honest." Zana jumps up and down.
"Mama wove it!" Lance and Hunk chuckle then get to work. Pidge comes in half asleep.
"Pidge can Zana use one of your tablets?" Pidge nods and hands him one out of her bag.
"How draw?" Zana asks. Pidge quickly sets it up and Zana starts drawing in red, blue, and purple. Lance coos at how cute Zana is but continues to help cook. They finish quickly and wait for Zana to finish his picture.
"Done! Papa wook!" Lance bends down and looks at it. He gasps
"Its beautiful Zan! Who's that extremely handsome man in the blue?" This causes Zana to giggle.
"Papa dats you!" Lance gasps again.
"Wow you did such a good job! Lets go show mama and bring him his breakfast."
Zana holds the tablet and Lance holds the breakfast...and Zana. He refused to walk since he's tired. They walk into Keith's room right as he's starting to wake up.
"Go wake mama up, Zana. " Lance whispers and sets Zana on the bed. He shakes his mama and bounces on him. Keith wakes up and graps Zana, pulling him close to stop the bouncing on his stomach.
"What are you up to, mister?" He asks Zana.
"Surprise!" Lance says and Zana shows keith his picture.
"Wook it mama, papa and Zana!" Keith coos and look at the picture
"Its wonderful, Kal." Lance coughs and puts a look of hurt on his face
"So mama gets all the attention?" Kal shakes his head and hugs his papa
Keith hugs both of them and Lance smiles.
"Now eat your breakfast, mama." Lance says handing keith the plate. Keith gives Lance a look but Lance just pecks his lips and sits Zana by Keith on the bed.
"Eat, today is your day off. I need to get a few things set up but Zana stay with mama ok?" Kal just nods and sits next to Keith starting another drawing. Lance walks out of the room and finds Allura.
"Allura! Just the space princess I was looking for." Allura rolls her eyes and crosses her arms.
"Yes lance?"
"I was wondering if we could land on a planet that will have a sunset? I wanna do something veerryyyy special for Keith."
"What did you have in mind?"
"Well I'm gonna need a ring."

"Are you sure Kal will be alright?" Keith asks for the umpteenth time.
"Cariño, Kal will be fine. He's with his auntie Pidge and uncle Shiro. "
Keith sighs in defeat and nods "Alright. I'm just worried; thats my kid. "
"OUR kid, Keith. Now relax I have something for you. " Lance leads Keith to a blanket and the very start of a sunset.
"Sit and watch!" Lance pulls Keith to the blanket and sits next to him. They watch as the sun sets and when its halfway down Lance turns to Keith.
"Keith, you're so important to me and I love you, I truly do. I dont want to leave you ever and I promise I wont,"
Lance pulls out a ring with a red ruby and a blue sapphire. Keith gasps
"I'm not proposing, yet. But Keith, will you promise to never leave me and love me with all your heart?"
"O-of course!" Keith pulls lance into a hug and lance slips the ring onto keiths right ring finger, since its only a promise ring and he didn't want the others to get the wrong idea. They hear Allura through the radio shiro made the pair bring
"Keith, Lance! The ship is under attack!"
