So this is what i plan to do for tomorrow since today's i binged really hard 😅

So this is what i plan to do for tomorrow since today's i binged really hard 😅. Yep, i binged really hard at 5pm because im just so bored and i dont know what to do at that time. I usually am getting really bored around 4pm because I'm so tired and just got home from school, so i binged really hard. The first food that came into my mind is something salty so i ended up eating some chips and being stupid i am i craved for something sweet so i ended up eating some biscuits, then i thought the biscuits are way to sweet I'm getting sick of it's sweetness so i ended up binging a bowl of chips and i ate dinner too. So is it just me or 🤔🤔🤔 ???

So yep thats why im planning on doing this challenge starting from tomorrow. I wish i could do my best so i can lose some weight! Wish me luck 😋😋
