I dont know if it works for u but it is for me. And also this is just what i think and no prove that this is right.
1. ALWAYS SAY NO. When someone offers u food, u need to say no before they finish talking. U should just say no rather than say "yeah I'll eat it later" (the lamest sentence when ur on ur diet and ur being nice and dont want to sound rude to the one who offers). But no by saying later u'll just probly gonna eat it later. So say no 😉
2. DONT WEIGH URSELF EVERYDAY. I dont know but when i weigh myself and it says that ive lost some weight my mind will think that "oh my god you've lost some frickin pounds u just need to treat urself come on 1 cookie wont hurt" yep and here comes the binge eating 😏🤔
3. DRINK A LOT OF WATER. So our mind will know that we're full after 20 minutes. So by drinking a lot of water before u eat will help.
