Sorry for the late update. I've been losing motivation lately and being out of control. What i meant by eating out of control is that i eat like friggin pig 🐷 😪. I don't know why but i just don't feel like i can eat healthy and eat in a small portion at that time so yeah that's why im not posting any chapters because if i post any motivational quotes or whatever i post to motivate u guys i feel like im lying to myself.
Okay so the point of this chapter is i really wanted to have like a workout buddy or "healthy-living-friend" whom i can talk to and lose weight together. I dont mind whoever want to.
