Marinette sat down on a stool, her Hair in a high ponytail and a black knee length dress on with a white Cardigan.
She placed her violin underneath her chin and shut her eyes. She started playing the soft tune, remembering ever note from memory.
A little girl in a white dress with midnight blue hair ran around the room. Her laughter echoing throughout the halls. She stopped when she saw a figure standing in the doorway, smiling warmly at the girl. She returned the smile and sat down on a chair. The woman pulled out her violin and played a pice of music, it was calming and was played at a soft pace.
When the song was over the woman looked towards the young girl and sighed before walking off, "Thank you mama" the petite girl whispered under her breathe.
Marinette blinked back the tears and placed her violin down, she checked her schedule and headed off to her first viewed lesson.
---------------------------------
Great I'm late, Marinette thought to herself as she continued running to her next lesson. Her crown slowly slipping off. She gasped and pushed it up slightly.
She stopped in front of a pair of grand doors, she straightened out her dress and pulled out her hair. Before placing on a pair of white flats and walking in.
"Introducing princess Marinette Dupain-Cheng" Her royal advisor said. She kept her eyes shut and listened to people gasp and whisper. She opened her eyes only to be greeted by many familiar faces.
She squeezed her eyes shut and held her hands tight together.
A little girl paced the empty halls, tears rolling softly down her cheeks. Her mother found her sat in a corner a few minutes later and whispered, " Remember mon Cheri a princess or queen never shows emotion" the little girl nodded at her mothers words and watched walk away. Her heels clicking against the marble floors.
Marinette sighed and took a deep breath before opening her eyes and going to one end of the room. She was handed 5 books," Rule-" "45. A princess always keeps her composure." She filled in. Slowly she placed the books on her head and began walking, her arms stretched out wide. She got to the other side of the room and looked down slightly, nor wanting to see he classmates stares of shock and disapproval.
Marinette gasped as the doors swung open and the books fell of her head. Her maid, Alice, curtsey's before looking at Marinette," Im sorry my highness but your father would like to see you, immediately. He's in the study." Marinette nodded before sprinting towards her father's study.
She knocked on the door and slowly opened it," father, you called?" He looked up at the petite girl standing in the doorway. He beckoned for her to step in.
"Hunny, u have arranged for you to marry prince Felix of England in 6 weeks." Marinette looked over to the bit who was smirking Evily at her in the corner. She felt tears prick at her eyes,
What was she going to do now?
