Request for @Agent-Tori-Claw

Request: "Can you make a Spock one shot, where Uhura and (Y/N) are not on the best of terms. And Uhura finds out about (y/n)'s crush on Spock and flirts with him when the three of them are in the same room. This keeps happening until (y/n) can't take it anymore and confesses to Spock about her feelings and Spock returns the feelings?"

I am sooooo sorry about how long this took. I have had major writer's block for the past few weeks.

You stepped through the doorway out of you room and into a long corridor of the USS Enterprise. You nodded at a passing crewmember while adjusting your short yellow dress, realizing too late that it was your former best friend from your days at Starlfleet; Nyota Uhura. She rolled her eyes at you and continued walking, for once not bothering to make a snide comment. Unfortunately, you were headed in the same direction she was, so you were forced to awkwardly follow her for a while. You were glad when you finally reached sickbay, where you had planned to stop by and say hello to your friend, Leonard McCoy.

Doctor McCoy looked up as you entered the room and said, "You just missed the green-blooded hobgoblin, Cyber." You glared and rolled your eyes at him, and he chuckled at you.

"Shut up, Bones."

"What's he saying now?" Jim Kirk questioned as he walked into sickbay.

"Nothing!" Your face turned bright red. You tried your best to change the subject by saying, "So what are you doing here, Jim?"

"Bones has been calling me down for a routine examination for about two weeks," he answered, shrugging. "Nice change of subject by the way."

"Ugh, you're so annoying," you sighed.

"Just tell me what you're so embarrassed about and I'll leave you alone," he said. You knew from your years of friendship that he would find out somehow if you didn't tell him.

"Cyber's got a little crush," Bones chimed in.

"On who?" Jim practically shouted.

"Nobody important."

"Come on. Just tell me."

"No."

"Please? I won't tell anyone," Jim made puppy-dog eyes as you.

"I'll give you a hint," Bones said, smirking at you. "It's a certain-"

"Oh my god, shut up!" You shouted.

"-Vulcan first officer," he finished his sentence and smiled innocently up at you. None of you heard the sickbay door open nor realized it had until you heard a small snicker. You turned around to see Uhura standing in the doorway, with a mischievous glint in her coffee-colored eyes. You hurried out of the room before she could say anything.

You knew she was going to use what she had just found out against you, and you knew it would probably make your life miserable. You didn't know what you would do if she told Spock. You had to see him everyday, after all. Pushing everything out of your mind, you hurried to the bridge, trying not to be late for your shift.

You sat down at your station and quickly lost yourself in your work, refusing to turn around and look over at Spock at the science station.

Later that evening, you found yourself sitting in the recreation room with Jim and Bones. Uhura kept shooting you looks from across the room that gave you an anxious feeling. Jim, for the third time in a row, had just beaten Bones at a game of chess. "Damn it, man! You need to stop playing against Spock! I give up."
