Lauren Cim's POV

The Next Day

I woke up to feeling someone kissing my shoulder, so I tiredly turned my head to see blue eyes looking into mine.

So last night wasn't a dream...

"You're up early." She says, her voice coming out slightly raspy.

I missed that voice so much.

"Why? What time is it?" I ask furrowing my eyebrows and reaching for my phone whilst still looking at Jade.

Once I had a grip on my phone, I brought it to my face and unlocked it to see it was only six.

"I had to get up in thirty minutes anyway." I say as I remove the covers and try to get out of bed but fail.

Jade grabs my arm and pulls me back into bed and brings the covers over me. She pulls me into her and starts to kiss my shoulder again.

"I need to pee." I whine.

"And I need to kiss every inch of you again. That's more important." She smirked against my neck as she kissed her way up.

"But I gotta pee." I whine again.

"Well my need is more important right now." She says as she hovers above me before pecking my lips. "But because I'm in a good mood, I'll allow you to go pee." She smiles before flopping on to her back.

"Oh thank you, you're so kind." I roll my eyes.

"I know I am! It's one of the things you love about me."

I stop on the edge of the bed and turn my head slightly to look at her and give her a confused look.

"What makes you think I love you?"

"You don't love me? Like you used to?" She asks sounding a little hurt.

I slap her leg over the blanket and she turns her head to look away.

"I'm just playing around Jade. I do love you...I don't think I ever stopped. Not even when I was mad that you had left. I thought I lost my feelings for you but seeing you the other day made me realise I never did lose them. They were just buried deep inside." I say before making my way to the bathroom.

"I feel the same." I hear her say. "I guess I thought I'd never see you again so I tried to move on. I got with Lauren and we dated. I thought I loved her but I didn't. I realise now, I was just using her to move on but it didn't work. It wasn't until I heard my song on the radio on the way here that I realised...I wrote it about you and I never stopped loving you."

I walk back out and quickly jump on her.

"You never change do you Jade?" I chuckle. "Still the same cute, romantic girl. Who made my first time special."

"It was my first time too."

"You didn't do it with Ellie?" I ask tilting my head to the side.

"Only when I was in the coma and had my coma dream. We almost did it but you walked in. Remember?"

"Sorry.." I say looking down.

I feel Jade gently grab my chin and she makes me look at her.

"Don't be sorry, I'm glad it wasn't her. I'm glad you were my first time."

I smile and go to lean down and kiss her, but a loud knock on the door interupts.

"LAUREN! YOU BETTER BE AWAKE!"

"Shoot! Dani." I whisper as I get off Jade. "Hide in the bathroom." I whisper pulling Jade up and quickly gathering her clothes and shoving them into her arms. "Go." I whisper yell turning her around and pushing her in the direction of the bathroom.

"Here." She whispers and throws me a towel. "Pretend you were about to get in the shower."

I smile at her and wrap the towel around my body before opening the door.

"Finally." Dani huffs as she walks in. "The toilet broke in my room so I'm here to have my morning pee."

My eyes widen and I try to stop her but it's no use as she walks into the bathroom. She runs back out her eyes wide.

"WHY IS JADE IN THERE?!" She yells. "NAKED!"

"Because uh...We uh..."

"We're back together Dani." Jade says walking out of the bathroom, pulling her shirt down.

"Like, dating?" Dani asks crossing her arms.

"Yeah." Jade answers as she stands next to me and wraps her arm around my waist. "I've got my girl back."

"About frickin' time. Look, I was happy for you and Lauren J but you and my sister are better together. She'll treat you better Jade." Dani smiles. "Right, need my morning pee."

As Dani walks into the bathroom, I walk in front of Jade and cock my head.

"We're back together?"

"If you want to be with me again..." She says shyly.

"Yes, I do. I want you to be mine again." I say wrapping my arms around her neck.

"Then I'm yours." She whispers wrapping her arms around my waist. "I'm never letting you go again Lauren Cimorelli."

"And I'm never letting you go again Jade Carter."
