Lauren Cim's POV

We were currently waiting to go on stage, Fifth Harmony and Jade were on before us and I was looking forward to hearing Jade's performance.

"Alright guys, you've seen what Jade can do. We're gonna take a small break and leave you to enjoy this talented girl." I heard Normani say.

Her rapping impressed me, but I wanna hear how her voice has matured since I last heard her. Sure I heard her on the radio but her voice had been edited, this time I can hear her real voice.

The music played and I smiled. This was one of my favorite song of hers. My smile soon faded as I didn't hear her sing.

"Oh no." Lisa said as she peeked through the curtain.

I pushed through my sisters and gently pushed Lisa to the side as I peered through the curtains myself, I felt my heart drop as I saw Jade frozen.

I soon became angry as I saw Lauren laughing at her fiancé. She's such a bitch!! She should be helping her.

If she won't, I will.

I grabbed a microphone from one of the crew members and told the person in charge of the music to start it again and stop just before the chorus and when I give the signal to start the music again.

I began to sing and walked slowly on stage, everyone cheered and Jade turned to look at me, her face was pale and she looked so afraid. I smiled at her and nodded my head. Once I reached her, I rested my hand and gently pushed her towards her mic.

Just as I ordered, the music stopped.

"You can do this." I whispered in her ear.

I discreetly lifted my thumb up, and as the music played, Jade sang. I would sing some parts with her, to keep her confidence going.

Soon the song ended and she hugged me tightly. "Thank you."

I hugged her back and everyone started to chant our old ship name causing us to laugh.

"Sorry about that." She apologised to the crowd. "I lost my confidence because I'm not use to a crowd so big but thanks to Lauren Cimorelli I got through it." She turned her head to me and smiled. "This next song is my latest song and it's for my special someone." We locked eyes as she said and I felt my heart skip a beat.

She was quickly handed a guitar and she began to play and I stood there watching.

"Hey Lauren Cim." She said looking at me.

"Yes?"

"Sing this one with me too." She smiled.

I nodded my head quickly and moved closer to her.

As we sang the last word, we turned to look at eachother and we just smiled. She reached out and brushed some hair to the side, away from my eyes. Her eyes went from my eyes to my lips, I bit my bottom lip, not knowing what was about to happen.

She slowly leaned in and my heart began to pound. She realised what was happening and played it off like she was going to hug me for she rested her head on my shoulder.

"I would hug you properly but the guitar is in the way." She spoke into the mic.

That just proved it, if she wanted a hug she would have put the guitar down, but she kept on holding it.

She was going to kiss me.
