Jade's POV

"Thank you for your time." A policeman smiled as I opened the door for him.

I smiled back and closed the door behind him, I turned around and saw Lauren sat on her bed with a cup of hot chocolate in her hands. She was visbly shaking and I felt my heart ache.

The police had questioned us all and it seemed Luke would be put in jail, but I know how fucked up judges can be and I felt inside that he wouldn't get long, maybe not get put inside at all.

"Thanks for coming." Katherine said as she stood next to me.

"It's fine. Don't thank me."

"But I am. You saved my little sister. Again."

"It was the right thing to do."

Katherine sighed and fell back against the wall and I felt her eyes on me. She was probably going to ask me if I still had feelings for Lauren but I don't. Why can't people get that?! I looked down and closed my eyes, I want to leave but Dinah texted me telling me they had stolen Lauren for a few hours without me so they could hang out without us kissing every five minutes.

"Your hands."

I looked up to see Lauren sat on her knees, handing Lisa her cup. She got off of the bed and walked towards me.

"You're bleeding." She said as she held my hands up to her face.

"It's not mine." I say pulling my hands away and putting them into my pockets, ignoring the stining sensation as I did so.

The room went quiet for a few minutes before Christina spoke up.

"We're getting on the next flight home. After what happend, we feel it's best if Lauren stays home and doesn't tour."

"NO!" Lauren shouted quickly. "I'm fine. I'm okay. I'll be okay. I can do this."

Christina gave her a sad look but Lauren placed her hands on her older sisters shoulders.

"I can do this."

Christina looked at each of her sisters and then looked at me. I averted my eyes to look out of the window. I had no say in this sort of stuff. Not anymore.

"Okay. But if you look like you're about to break then we're going home."

Lauren nodded her head and then hugged her sister. I crossed my arms and smiled. I'm happy she gets to do this. It'll be fun.

I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket and I quickly took it out and my eyes widened in shock.

Unknown: You just fucked with the wrong people. You got my brother arrested. You better back off from Lauren Cimorelli or things will get really ugly, really fast. You think getting hit by a car was bad? You have no idea what I'm really capable of.
