Jade's POV

I looked at Lisa confused, her smile slowly fell and she frowned.

"What's wrong?" She asked.

I went towards and sat down on the chair next to the bed. I grabbed her hand and gently stroked it.

"I'm...Sorry Lisa." I began and she squeezed my hand. "I...I'm not your girlfriend. We never dated. I don't understand why you think this, the bullet didn't damage your brain."

"But we were supposed to be getting married and we were planning adopting kids." She began to cry.

She covered her face with her hands and I felt so bad. I wish she didn't have to go through this.

"What's the date today?" Dani asked as she walked into the room followed by her sisters.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and looked at the date. "It's the first of April."

I said before slipping my phone back into my pocket. I looked at Lisa as her body shook but her cries turned into laughter.

"Haha! Got you Jadey." She laughed.

My heart jumped and I leaned further into the chair as her sisters began to laugh.

"That wasn't funny. That was cruel." I said annoyed.

"Oh lighten up babe." Lauren said. "We needed some laughter after the crap we've been through."

Everyone stopped laughing and all eyes were on us as she stood behind me and wrapped her arms around my shoulders.

"Babe?" Christina asked. "You're back together?"

I nodded my head and everyone smiled.

"Good, we knew how big of an idiot Lauren was so we were worried she blew everything. You were made for eachother...Don't blow it this time sis." Dani warned.

We remained in a comfortable silence until my phone buzzed. I pulled it out of my pocket and frowned at the screen.

Lauren J: I'm sorry about what happend, he forced me to say those things. He threatened to kill you, I couldn't stand the thought of that..He beat me up once we left the hospital...I'm at the same hospital as Lisa, please come see me. I need to show you how sorry I am. I need to tell you face to face, please.

I wobbled slightly as I stood up and without a word, I made my way out of the room and was about to go to the reception area before someone stopped me. They walked in front of me and I was confused when I saw Lauren J, stood infront of me perfectly fine.

"You lied to me. Again. What do you want?" I snapped.

"I'm sorry, I just had to see you. I'm sorry about what I said...I just didn't want him hurting you. We can work through this. We can, if really really love and care about eachother, we can." She smiled.

"I don't love you. We can't work this out...But I forgive you."

She sighed but wrapped her arms around me in a gentle hug.

"You know what I love about you?" She whispered. "You're so quick to forgive and forget...You're so stupid." She hissed.

I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and when Lauren pulled away, my eye caught a bloody knife in her hand.

She stabbed me.

I clutched my stomach as I fell to the ground, I tried to cry for help but someone rested their knee against my cheek, pushing it to the side.

"Good job babe."

Brad.

I couldn't see much, but in the corner of my eye I saw security and Cimorelli running towards me.

"GET OFF ME!" Brad yelled as he was pulled off of me. "SHE'S DEAD ANYWAY! YOU CAN'T SAVE HER! YOU DESERVE THIS JADE."

I tried to sit up, losing my strength fast.

Before security dragged Lauren J away, Lauren Cim got a few good punches in and I smiled before collapsing back on the floor.

"Hey." Lauren Cim said gently but urgently as she knelt beside me. "You're going to be okay, just keep your eyes open." She said, her voice cracking as she began to cry.

I started to feel weaker, I was barely managing to keep my eyes open. I reached up to hold her cheek and she leaned into my touch.

"I love you." I whispered before my hand went limp and everything turned to black.

The last thing I heard was Lauren begging me not to leave her.
