Please excuse the run one and the rambling. I am trying my best, but I am not sure where I am going with this chapter. So sorry
A new day meant a better mood, a little more hope, a fresh outlook, and a fresh team, which of course did not describe the Paladins of Voltron at this moment. They had lost the red paladin, their friend/brother/fellow paladin/son, there were absolutely no clues about where he was, the red lion was hibernating/powered off for now, and to top off this oh so lovely day was the fact that all six of the Castle of Lion occupants had not slept 24 hours before the battle that turned the world upside down.

Pidge was extremely cranky, moody, and all together terrified for Keith. She didn't know him well enough to call him anything more than a teammate. She did know that if the roles were reversed, he would not stop until he found her or he was dead. She sighed as she continued to work on her laptop to locate him. 'Stupid sleepy eyes! Quiznack!' She berated herself as she was slipping into sleep as the same line of codes she typed didn't work again.

Hunk was in the kitchen, baking to clear his mind. He could not believe that Keith had vanished. 'Sure, Keith wasn't the friendliest person but he had a reason for that. Keith was kinda the loner of the group, never liked to hang out with Lance, Pidge and me. I don't blame him though. After all, the first friend and only family he ever had was taken from him by aliens. If I was Keith, I would have a hard time making friends.' Hunk pondered as he whipped up a delicious meal from some weird alien food. He would do his best to support the others and do what he did best, cook and hugs.

Lance didn't know what to do. Shiro was off doing who knows what, Pidge was asleep at her computer, he had covered her with a blanket, Hunk was cooking something and didn't want to be disturbed, Keith was missing so no play arguing, and Princess Allura had yelled at him to get out of the bridge before he broke something. Lance honestly didn't know what to do with himself. 'Honestly, I am useless in this situation. I don't know anything about the tech, how to comfort Shiro or the others, and I am not as stubborn as Keith. Maybe I can just pretend that nothing happened. No! Bad Lance!' He though. Coran appeared at that moment.
"There you are! I need help patching up and cleaning the castle! After all, it doesn't clean itself, y'know." Coran said with a twist of his mustache and a twinkle in his eye. Maybe just maybe everything will be alright...

Shiro felt like screaming and crying. He could not believe that he had lost the boy he had promised to protect for the second time. He was worried sick. What if the Druids experimented on him? What if he was forced to fight gladiators? What if the Galra hurt him beyond help? What if... what if he was dead? Shiro started to panic even more at that thought. 'No! Keith isn't dead. Allura said that the red lion would have given us a sign if he had died. My son is out there and I will find him. If the Galra have done anything to him.... they will pay." Shiro finished the last thought aloud, sort of like an oath to Keith. He would not stop until he found him or he was killed. All the paladins agreed.
