The End of Life

Lightningpaw's P.O.V

I stalked a rabbit she crouched down and stepped lightly towards the it. When Lionear yowled "Stop Lightningpaw!" I looked up confused. "Lionear I almost had that rabbit why did you yowl." I whined watching the rabbit slip back into it's hole. "You were stalking like you would if you were in a forest. You get close and give it a chase then leap for the rabbit's neck giving it a killing blow." Lionear lectured. I rolled my eyes and Lionear snorted. "Why don't you take a break and go see how Snowpaw's doing."

"Fine." I snapped and started to run towards the training area.

I stopped when I heard growling and snarling. Snowpaw was supposed to be battling her mentor, Tigerleaf. I looked at Snowpaw and found a huge scratch on her throat. I climbed up the tree that was in the cleaning. I heard Tigerleaf growl and snarling when he said, "The time of the clans are through Snowpaw why not accept it!" He snapped leaping for Snowpaw's neck. "NOOOOOOO!" I leaped down from the tree and Tigerleaf's blow hit my side. I stumbled to the ground and got up. Snowpaw was on the ground breathing heavily. "Grrr Lightningpaw why are you here I told Whiskerstar to let me have a private lesson with Snowpaw!" He snapped leaping at my face. I ducked and counterattacked with a blow to his neck. He yowled and Lionear came running in. "What happened Tigerleaf?!" "This little fox-heart attacked me!" He lashed his tail and pointed at me. I attacked him because he was trying to KILL Snowpaw! What was I supposed watch my sister DIE!" I yowl in rage padding to Snowpaw's limp body. I picked her up and carried her back to camp leaving Tigerleaf and Lionear.

Lionear's P.O.V

I looked at the scratch marks that Lightningpaw left on Tigerleaf's face and chest."Lightningpaw couldn't have made that big of a scar on your face.........could she?" I asked because the scratch was from his right eye to his neck. "Of course she can LOOK at the scratch she made on my face." He growled while blood trickled down his face. "Ok go to Flowerrunner for you scratches." I replied. "I don't need to, fool the Dark Forest is going to be a new stage of the clans!

THE DARK FOREST LIVES!!!!" Tigerleaf yowled. Leaping and clawing endlessly at my throat. I never knew what happened but I found myself in Starclan with Shadetail greeting me with a lick on the ear.
