Chapter 12

So there is only going to be 21 chapters, and I've decided to call my second book A Lion's roar. I'll tell you when the first chappy is posted. Comment on what you guys think of the title.

Lightningclaw's P.O.V

As I woke up two starry she-cats came up to me.

"Welcome Lightningclaw."

"Follow us."

"Ok Moonleap and Shadetail." I said recognizing their scents.

They nodded and bounded away to a dark border.

"Do you know where we are?" Shadetail asked.

"Yes we are on the border between Starclan and the Dark Forest." I folded my ears back as I heard foot steps come from behind me. I saw Shadetail and Moonleap turn and run back into the deep part of Starclan.

"Why do you go to those cowards? They never laid one claw on an enemy." I recognized who was talking and replied, "They aren't cowards you mouse-brain one is my mother!"

I whipped around and clawed her in the face. She stumbled back until two other cats came out. Scarface, Leopardnose, and my rival Darkfang was bleeding on above her nose. She was growling while the tome were baring their teeth when Snowtuft came out of the shadows.

"Well, well, well if it isn't our little traitor breaking her promise." He smirked. I growled and kept my ears flattened. "Let me handle this Snowtuft." Darkfang growled. "Yes go right ahead Darkfang." She nodded and turned smugly at me when Shadetail, Moonleap, a golden tabby tom, and a ginger pelted tom came up behind me. The Dark Forest cats gasped and Snowtuft ran. Scarface spoke still in shock, "Firestar and Lionheart." I had heard stories about Firestar the greatest clan leader their ever was and I never thought I would be able to meet him until I died. "Do you still want a fight you Dark Forest scums." Lionheart growled. They all backed away and started to run back into their forest. I turned and I was face to face with Firestar. His piercing green eyes were soft but had fire in them like he was ready for a fight. "Greetings young warrior. Come follow us." He turned and I followed them to their 'camp'. I saw cats I never even heard of until Firestar introduced me to them. Lionheart ran over to a she-cat that was sitting next to a tabby tom. They both purred when Lionheart greeted them.

"Lightningclaw."

I turned and Firestar called me from to a big den that looked like a camps leader's den. I started to run to him when the ground started to shake and the dream dissolved into a cave with tree going through a hole in the ceiling. A large cat with a tabby pelt came up to me and said, "Greetings Thunder." I realized he wasn't talking to me, he was talking to another cat. The cat nodded and dropped a piece of prey that looked like a eagle. "Did you bring me this small cat as a piece of prey?" The cat named Thunder looked at me and he had the same calming eyes as me. He turned and lied down and meowed, "No I don't even know this cat Storm." The she-cat named Storm looked at me and Storm picked me up by the scruff. She carried me through her camp and it was huge camp. Their dens were in the side of a big wall that looked like a gorge. She carried me to a nursery and dropped me beside a she-cat by the name of Fang. Storm told her something and she left. Fang looked at me and growled "Cat of the mouse-brain clans you will die before you even taste success foolish warrior." She bit my stomach and I woke up panting. I saw that Snowpelt was trying to wake me up when someone grabbed me and took me to the center of camp.
